The boots with the leather coverings are called metatarsal. Some have the coverings like that or the run up the inside top of the boot. I had to wear them at work. Made car windshields. Protects your foot if you drop heavy products on them. Great haul!

I saw them for people who work in glass factorys.
Guess they use them at alot of different factories or jobs. Do protect alot although my first pair felt like I was walking like Frankenstein....lol

A few pieces in that MOTU figure are pretty good. MOTU is jsut one of those lines that most of the value and demand is in the parts/accessories. Everyone has the figures, finding those weapons without baby chew marks is the true quest. However the Spidor, Night Stalker(Black Horse), Stridor and the Pull String from that Orko are good finds.
I think most viewers love to see your success, whether that be in business or personal endeavors. Your whatnot auctions are easily one of the most entertaining and wholesome. Some auctions I couldn’t have playing out loud if you know what I mean.. don’t stay in those for more than a few seconds lol hopefully I can hop into your auction.. I’m interested in those blue adidas shoes! Haha 😂

Hi Josh & Hayley, love the new deck you have. Enjoy seeing your home improvements. How about doing some live footage of your whatnot auctions so we can partake in the excitement, if it's possible. Maybe you can put a checklist in your car to remind you what to take with when you go to the fleamarket and thrifting etc.may help not to forget the bags etc.

The house is looking fantastic ! Love all the shoes you got too. When you screen in your porch, they have some screen that's just for pets. Then they cant scratch through it and other animals his size cant get through it easily either. We use it here and it's great!
I'd like to screen in my front porch, but I'll betcha my dog could get through it. He would say, "Pet Proof"? Challenge accepted!

On the table where you got the MOTU figures, there were two 1970s Mego figures, a Dracula and Frankenstein. They sell super well! Be on the lookout for Mego action figures. always do well, even in not great condition they still sell for parts. That Frankenstein could easily fetch over a $100 depending on the condition it was in
I was gonna say the same thing.. I would have kept those Mego figures for myself.
I went to the flea market and bin store this weekend and scored BIG. At the return store, I got a pair of brand new pair of Brooks Launch 8 and a Carhartt Duck jacket. I also bought five pairs of shoes at the flea market - including an almost brand new pair of Nike Dunk Ronald McDonald's - and have already sold the Brooks and Dunks for a total of $115. I only spent $6 on the Brooks and $10 on the Dunks.

Big Gaylord Buy: nice thing about buying new stock in Gaylords is that the processing time per piece is usually a lot less, as long as the tags are there with the listing info and the Gaylords were kept clean and dry before delivery. Like Retail Arbitrage, dealing with clean, new product can allow to flip faster and accept lower ROIs per piece, making it up in volume sales.
The whatnot auctions are awesome! I'm a fulltime reseller myself and I love supporting other resellers who also contribute to the reseller community. I've bought and resold many things from Josh & Hayley and I will continue to keep showing up and supporting my friends. They make it entertaining and they keep things fun

The "leather flap" on those boots has steel or carbon fiber inside. You want to list them as "metatarsals" if you put them on Ebay. They are commonly required in industrial construction and maintenance.
8:20 looked like a binder of loose games. I'd always look at video games because there is a giant market for them. And if you can get them for $1 or less a piece it can be insane. Some loose games alone are $50-100 or more so it would probably be worth checking. If it was just dvds or something then disregard haha
I know how that is, once at a yard sale I bought a game boy advanced mega Man Battle Network 2 cartridge for $1.00, it's now worth $48.00

You folks and Jocelyn (crazy lamp lady) are venturing into the house owning land. Yes, it's fun to see the new place. Beautiful deck. I hope the wood didn't cost you a ton. We had our roof done in 2021 and we had to pay another $2000 on top of our original estimate because we had to replace 10 sheets of plywood (the estimate covered 2).

Josh I think that’s a Contractor bag I use those to ship my Golf bags in and blow molds double the bags up sometimes . I cut the bags up and ship all kinds of stuff with them.Home depot has them .

I was at a Yard Sale this past weekend and a guy was selling his HeMan collection for $1,000 and it had about the same amount of pieces that you just bought for $120. May you make some good profit with those!

Nice deck. Add an under deck drain system for the gaps to keep rain from seeping. This will give you a dry area for the club house. Rain will make it a mess. It will keep anything you store dry too.

Screen Tight on the porch! I just did mine this weekend and it was super easy. Just leave enough room for the caps/covers to snap in over top of the tracks. I had a few places they were too close to the frame and had to move the tracks. Great content as always!
You need to put a check list board in your vehicle. Check off the wagon and bags and what ever else you take to the market. That way you don't forget things.

I bought 180 pair of Nike football and baseball cleats last year and am down to 20 pairs left now. Paid $8.00 each and flipped them for $50-$75 each. Had a “what the hell did I do” moment, but it paid off.

The work boots toe "covering" is actually called a Metatarsal (per my husband who's been a steel worker for 48 years). My husband's boots also have steel toes & steel shank so nothing can pierce the boot bottom. He's not sure about the brand but the boot style you have costs about $150 where he gets his boots.
I bout 2 small skinny plastic milk crates full of MOTU figurines. One of my best deals ever. It was day2 of that yard sale. They had been stored in their basement for years so I had to do some cleaning. The best item out of the lot was a tiny cape that went for $125.
