Mr. Josh, just a heads up for your benefit. Klein is a good brand.....for a big box stores. MOST professionals would say they are over priced for what they are. A good comparison would be Klein voltage tester and a more professional use equipment would be Fluke Voltage Tester. BOTH items have the same purpose design and build the Klein new runs about $18 has 2 year LIMITED warranty, the Fluke runs $40 and has a Life time warranty which is 7 year AFTER it is discontinued as well as maintenance services although I would not pay to service such a cheap device. But the real bang for your buck difference between the two accuracy, distance of use, and longevity. Look like more then 11 USED ones have sold this year for $10+. The Klein's are selling for $7. The best part is you can sell both but just keep in mind Fluke is the better brand. Also look for Fieldpiece brand items.
As a home and car owner, I think i use my pressure washer more than any other tool I have. I have a soap cannon attachment for the cars that really helps the suds cling to the surface and loosen up the dirt. I have a spinning floor brush attachment for the concrete driveway/walkway/patio. And finally a long reach gutter attachment (I'm in a heavily wooded area in WA state). I'd keep my eye out for a good used one if I were you!

Well, you’re doing better than my husband. We’ve (he mostly) have been building a log house for “6 TO 7 YEARS” !!! It’s on our property, which is 120 acres, so it’s easy to get to, but he insists on doing everything himself 😡. We’re at the point where we’re going to have to have someone lay quartz tile on the kitchen counter and island. The house has about 5,000 square feet in it and is 2 stories. I think it’s become a “HOBBY”, instead of a “build”. My husband is retired and this gives him something to do, ( I guess). I told him, “ I hope you and your next wife enjoy this house, because I’m not ever gonna get to live in it !!!”. We have remodeled all 3 houses that we have owned over the course of 54 years of marriage,( and this may be the last year 😉). We’ve had rental property before and it’s a PAIN, so you may want to consider selling instead of renting…..just saying.

I worked for realtors for over 10 years (marketing, office support, etc.) and saw what can happen to rental properties and this was in a high-end Scottsdale golf course community where you wouldn't expect that. Even people with money and good credit can trash a house 😡
The buyer can buy a new bladder for that camel. They at Walmarts and every place sells camping. FYI you can put 100 ounces margaritas in the bladder to watch a parade if needed. Long as it’s not carbonated and you wash it out after each use or replace the bladder
If you have time, look up each Ralph Lauren tie, that era of ties (and sweater and skirts) with equestrian, hunting, animal prints, go for quite a lot. Sold a dog one for 49 recently and just sold a bow tie for 47 this week. Great finds!

Went to the goodwill bins for the first time and the one I went to wasn't that good, most of the bins were clothes, which didn't have anything interesting in em. Rest of the bins was junk, they brought out more bins but were only bulky Christmas items and plastic storage bins. Some women had 2 shopping carts full of shoes! In the end my mom got a big jewelry box that just needed a piece glued back on and I found my exact shoes I'm wearing there but in a different color for $3. My other pair I paid $30 at a store. :(

ECOMM. That's our bins buzzword of the day. All the records go to "ECOMM" ie sold on the internet. As do all trading cards, action figures, Hot Wheels/diecast, Lego and so on. Anything left like shoes has condition issues
You just input the weight of the items (and round up a bit to accommodate for the box you’ll need) and the shipping costs will calculate based on that info and the buyers address.
It's really ignorant the way some people at these places just throw the stuff they don't want around and why would you pull those tools out of that box and then not put them back? Have some consideration for others who will come after you and may want those items. SMH
