@@jatinkushwaha6802 find out reason first EMPERICALLY not philosophically ( like service to nation , parents proud* - their pride depends on your success n "happiness" most imp)
Do not just rely on just - after selection there will dholak drum beating followed by marigold malaa
Name in family these all things will be highlighted max for a month or 2 after that you will be in your job ( called service) others will be in their job nobody will be keep on thinking about you being as ias .
You have to adhere to tough service norms ,decipline ( like there will be time for starting service of a day but ending has no certainty that too with a great restrictions on so called freedom personal life even in govt quarter or bunglow .
So be practical think analyse your deeply the strengths - do not just blankly follow if 100 can do why cant I because being motivated is good but being practical is BETTER
Easiest way to judge is think where you had love for humanities based subjects in class Xth whether you find them interesting decide on that dont rely on just end goal " selection"
Laast services it's you have to perform if you cannot sustain or endure then that pride of selection may turn into sad reality for u n parents

Sector me firing hoti h isly govt job that means unhe kaam ni krna hai ya kam tikaau ya chlta phirta krna h kaam ata h to koi ni nikalta nikalta bhi to bhi pareshan ni hoge cz kaaam hath me h , UPSC me age limit end hone pe kya bachega na age na passion na zeal kyuk sari zeal humanities padhne me lagadi jisko class 10 th me bye bye krk bhaage the 11 th 12 th pcm ya pcb ya law k lie

'Bhaiyya' will be fine.☺ I took all my then-permissible four attempts at the Civils in 1998, '99, '03 and '04 while simultaneously working shifts at a national news agency as I couldn't afford to remain unemployed till age 29.

Kia aap mujhe koi suggestion de sakte hain life m jaise jeene ka maksad hi khatam hogya jaise amit sir ne ess interview m kaha about clinical depression. I'm suffering a lot. I get panic attacks now.. But my reason is different. Meri shaadi almost essi saal. Final hogyi thi. Mera almost 2 years ka relationship tha. I felt like He loved me without any conditions. He always use to inspire me support me a lot. Main uss pr etna trust krti thi over emotionally dependent hogyi thi . Phir last September ko pta chala ki wo already pichle 5 years se already ek committed relationship m tha. Matlab wo hum dono ko cheat kr raha tha. Jab mujhe pata chala toh I was completely shattered broken, all my life I had been alone sad, but with him I felt so complete, main ne kabhi socha nhi tha aisa bhi kuch hoga. Thn main ne uske uss gf ko contact kia phir jakr Sare proofs bhi dikhaye. Lekin shocking baat toh ye hain ki uss ladki ne sab jnte huwe bhi uss ko phirse accept krlia. Aaj wo dono phirse ek saath hain. Mera sab khtm hogya roz roti hoon main ne usse pucha bhi ki main ne etna kuch invest kia tum ne mujhe etna support kia you knew everything abt me when no one was there u are the only person with whom I shared my insecurities aur tumne aaj aisa kiyu kia agar tum usse etna hi saccha pyaar krte ho toh mera 2 yrs brbaad kiyu kia aur mere emotions feelings se kiyu khela. Lekin wo bola ki main uske liye matter hi nhi krti ab aur wo kbhi mujhse pyaar nhi krta tha. Uske family friends ko bhi pta h jo usne mere saath aisa kiya phir bhi wo log usse support kr rhw h sabne mujhe sideline krdia. Ignore krke block krdia bas ab life m etni akeli hoon. Depression m rehti hoon in fact suicide attempt tk kr chuki hoon.. Lekin jb bhi apne mummy papa ko dekhti hoon bas yahi sochti hoon mera koi bhai behen nhi hain main only child hoon. Agar mujhe kuch hogya toh mere parents ka kia hoga. I'm a post graduate I can re start everything , focus on my career and leave my past life behind and move on.. But I'm. Scared these thoughts haunt me I feel like giving up.

In my opinion, if your family is supporting you financially, you can still drop upsc preparation and start other career options......you can apply for teacher in coaching industry......I know it's extremely tough to start new career in your 30s but don't end your life
Sometimes you need to stay single to become independent otherwise sone people will use you
Hii sir. First of all I would like to tell you very honestly and seriously that. My age is 30 plus and I m doing private job.done masters in economics and MBA.. my 2 friends have been selected in upsc when I came to know this so I thought that I have wasted my time on private job and feeling very depressed day by day but on the other hand i have decided to prepare for upsc and uppcs and I have to Crack it at first attempt upsc but the problem is I can give only first attempt for upsc. I have only 8 moths time other wise my age would be over for upsc. And 15 days I have wasted in searching materials and books and syllabus.what to study and how to start with. I m very much in trouble to find a person who can suggest me right thing so that I could prepare within 8 months for prelims.. so requesting you to please please please help me,surely I can Crack this exam at first time because I am very upset for my private job even more upset that I wasted my time. Sir please help me out I would be very grateful to you entire life.

You failed but you have a great knowledge.
Because of general category candidate he dint succes even after 6 time pass. That's is the failure of our country. After getting 100 marks like Amit dint qualify the exam, whereas someone are qualified after getting 40 Mark's.
