The 'Thor: Love and Thunder' Cast on Bromances, Goats, and the Joy of Dancing

- The last time we saw Thor (Chris Hemsworth), he helped defeat Thanos and departed Earth with the Guardians of the Galaxy, unsure of what the future might hold for him. But now, faced with a new threat in the form of Gorr the God Butcher (Christian Bale), the former king of Asgard has to shed his glorious dad bod, get the gang back together, and save the universe again. Ahead of the release of 'Thor: Love and Thunder,' RT editor Jacqueline Coley sat down with Hemsworth, director Taika Waititi, and co-stars Bale, Natalie Portman, and Tessa Thompson to pick their brains about the new film. Tune in to hear Hemsworth and Waititi talk about dancing and what makes a good bromance, while Portman explains what convinced her to return to the MCU and Thompson dreams about a King Valkyrie travel show.

I LOVE THE WAY THIS WOMAN INTERVIEWS! She’s so genuinely interested, she has fantastic and well thought out questions, and her anecdotes makes it feel more like a conversation than a generic interview. Whenever I come across an interview she’s hosting I watch in full because it’s actually engaging. Big ups.
You can really tell how all the cast loves and looks up to Taika as a director also this interview did a amazing job

I completely agree! I have watched a few interviews that other people have done with the cast ( including High profile interviewers) and this one far out weighs any of them . You can tell that it hasn’t been fine by some last minute research , she genuinely has followed and invested time over the years to understand the movies 🍿 well done ! 👏🏽

Gosh her and Chris just have such a great chemistry! Even when talking about each other or just near one another not actually conversing, you can tell how much they appreciate and enjoy one another. I’m interested to see if they explore their characters relationship romantically in future films.
This was a very well done interview. I thought that the interviewer was great and her questions were engaging.
I would love to see Christian Bale continue to Branch out and experiment with different roles especially in comedy I think he has it in him.

When I thought “LOVE” I thought Thor throughout the movie.. At the end. Christian bale defined LOVE for me. Maybe as parent that’s what stuck to me the most.

Batman Begins (2005) and Superman Returns should led to Batman v Superman. Bale and Routh were the perfect age to build a universe for the next 2 decades. And it would’ve been better than Batfleck v Cav-El. 💯
