    Great video, thanks for putting it out. I have never seen an inline getting worked over so it was a treat. Please keep stuff like this coming on the channel. Hows the 65 wagon these days?

      This is a daily thing in our shop. The 65 Wagon is about to come out of hibernation.

      @@telowe2000 That's great to hear, I drove mine a few times already this year. It's a little warmer down here in SC.

    Hi there. How do you move the cutter away from the bore when it is on its way up?

    • @telowe2000
      @telowe2000  2 месяца назад

      It is a boring routine. The tool does a side step before retracting. You can see it, watch close.

    I’m thinkn of building a 250 with a turbo for my caprice coupe yeah everyone is gonna say why just throw 350 sbc or LS in it but I like being different and I’ve seen what they can do to these engines down in Argentina and Brazil they can get 1000hp obviously it’s gonna take time n money I’d be satisfied for 400 to 500 hp

    Great idea , what type of coolant collection system do you have ?

    • @telowe2000
      @telowe2000  Год назад +1

      The coolant runs in a trough on the left and right sides toward the front. It then drops into a chip conveyer to catch chips. There is more seperation in the conveyor and then drops into another tank. This system hold about 140 gallons.

    How do you level the block? I didn’t see what surface you used. I enjoyed the video.

    • @telowe2000
      @telowe2000  2 года назад +5

      Block is fixtured on the main bearing surfaces fron and rear. If you watched the video, you will see me put a precision level on the deck surface to correct the block away and toward me. There are 4 adjusting jacks to then hold the block. You can see me tickle these with my fingers when setting up the block at the beginning.

      @@telowe2000 ok I never understood how the block could be leveled when the deck is out of square. Now I know thanks👍
