That Atlanta track seemed to put the outside competitor at a disadvantage.
Yeah that was a terrible setup.
There were multiple tracks in the late 80s that were just like that atlanta track. Not sure how they made it without thinking is was a longer race course on the outside lane
The following year when they raced this track the lanes were staggered so it was actually fair.
