    Thank you Alison for another truly fabulous blanket stitch and an excellent tutorial. I am a new crocheter and have been following you since October 2021, last year and can honestly say you have taught me how to crochet. You have such an easy manner and clear instructions, its a treat to follow. I've used the stitches ive learned to crochet numerous blankets, cushion covers, beenies, ear warmers, doll carrycot, doll clothes and the list goes on. Even the american versus UK terms make sense now because you repeat the terms constantly throughout the tutorial. You are an amazing teacher. THANK. YOU ☺

    Greetings from France ❤️. Subscribed quite some time ago. Congratulations 🏆🏆🏆 This baby blanket is a stunner. SUBLIME GORGEOUS FANTASTIC AMAZING INCREDIBLE PHENOMENAL BEAUTIFUL. The extra stitch was an excellent tip. Wowwwww 😍. I used to REDO the row of over 100 stitches 🥶. I started this blanket at 10.15pm awhile ago with sky blue baby yarn and will crochet until midnight. I also would like to mention that I LOVE LOVE🥰🥰🥰🌹🌹🌹 LOVE YOUR ACCENT AND YOUR GIGGLES. The "pointed" shells were too cute and it made me giggle too. Thanks for sharing caring and making me smile 🥰🌹💖👍👍👍👍
    A big hug.

    Hi Alison, hope you're well :) I'm about to start your above blanket but am a bit confused because it say's to make a foundation chain in blocks of four and add one? For example does this mean that if I make a chain of twelve (= 3 lots of four) I should then add one making my foundation chain a total of 13 chains and not 12? If you could let me know I'd be very grateful. Thank you Love Angela x

    • @AlisonRussellsCrochetChannel
      @AlisonRussellsCrochetChannel  Год назад +1

      Yes, the extra stitch is take up making the 1st stitch in the chain, if you know what i mean it's so you dont have 1 less at the end of the foundation row and keeps the patter symmetrical

    I made a swatch and I’ve pulled it out 5 times … I did a chain of sets of 4 and keep coming up one stitch short . I checked my work each time I did it to be sure I didn’t go into a worked stitch , there was nothing wrong with my work . I then did swatch doing sets of 4 plus 1 and it worked out . So I think this should be multiples of 4 plus one ?
