You really need to try and retro fit the airbox flange, filter and carb boot to the Stark. It will make a large difference in the way the bike runs. Carb response and power band will improve. The reason is the way sound, flow and fuel are manipulated to make it perform better, just like the expansion chamber on the exhaust. When you rev the bike with the air boot off you will see the fuel vapor exit the rear bell of the carb and start to understand the effect.
Ive been thinking about it but you would need suspension to not mess upp the chassis or your back and then its a cross kart and 80 hp isnt a lot in a cross kart 😅
Whatever gas cap you use for that tank you should have a venting action, otherwise when out for a ride, the engine will suffer fuel starvation & possibly run lean & seize/lock up, that's pretty dangerous..
Even worse, if you observed it, and didn't do anything about it before publishing, remove both stickers if you haven't already, it ruins all your good work
