Meta was already priced in, tesls was not. Lie or truth. The only thing you need to know while speculating "is it priced in or not"
One company actually has a real CEO paying attention while delivering what has been promised. Another one is high on Ketamine fumbling multiple companies while selling fairy dust. Even Ponzi himself would be impressed.

Well they have acquired Instagram and threads among other things and they have streaming videos online. I f****** hate Mark Zuckerberg and what he is doing but he is still trying to release new products. I think the products themselves are toxic.
I am no luddite. I work as a software developer. But I totally am not buying into this whole headset business. And Im talking about both Meta and Apple. To be clear .. if we are talking about something like glasses which look like glasses, and weigh the same as glasses and have zero cords attached to a huge battery ... then maybe. But these clunky things that require huge battery packs that then put strain on your neck. Nope. Honestly Im kind of confused as to why they going down the path that these things will just be something everyday people will use everyday. It just wont happen.
I agree, people are unwilling to wear a large contraption costing thousands of dollars, it ain't happening. A better solution would be a regular glass with micro cameras and sensors built in, but the processing done on a phone in the pocket connected wirelessly.

While I’m not the target market for Meta’s augmented reality products, I do appreciate that they appear to be honest in setting expectations with respect to costs and delivery of products. Honesty is all I can ask for as an investor. With Must, It always seems like one big con. Tesla has created what seems like an MLM ecosystem to pump up its value. I am however optimistic because more and more people are seeing through the charade.
META is a buy here. They still have a massive moat, networking effects, and digital ad spend is only growing

I have no problem to buy any dip of Meta, because it is serious company with big profits, spending a lot for R&D, but Tesla I wouldn't touch with a ten-foot pole, maybe after 80% correction just for speculation and just from technical point of view, not from valuation point..

What is the differencer between Meta and Tesla in this case? Tesla has their self-driving software into thousands of peoples hands that are providing data back to Tesla to train their models and they have not been working on it like Meta has on their VR OS for a decade

Thanks Chris, great commentary as usual. Me personally see META as a best buy on the market right now. Great trajectory for last years, product is getting better, love my kids Quest 2 and will be getting Quest 3 for myself. Will take years but AR VR is here to stay.

They do frequently, it's always in the news. And we talk about it on the channel. However, most RUclips channels just say it's "fake news" or "they just hate musk." That's the current environment we are in. If people don't like reality, they just choose a fantasy.

Meta still makes money with or without goggle development. The goggles seem to be a long game Meta can afford to play in as the tech scales down in size like cellphone development did making them more universally appealing. The goggles also offer an eco-system of software and content which can be profitable relative to the margin on goggles similar to the console model. Meta was good at employing the use of cellphone processors to make relatively affordable goggles standalone and more approachable. They are offering content and apps similar to cellphone eco-systems. Tesla has to build cars to benefit from subscription models for FSD and charging etc. which equates to selling manufacturing intensive expensive products in order to add subscribers to a limited number of subscription options people will pay for to fully enable and use their car. One objective scales into profitable territory far better than the other.
I got out of Tesla this morning. That stock is like playing with fire. Who needs the headache? There are so many other great companies to invest in. RUclips needs more rational content creators in the finance realm like you. Keep up the good work.
Meta has been telling an AI fantasy for over a year. With their profits coming from slashing workforce drastically. They can’t slash more, they can’t grow more as their platforms are mature and Ai isn’t adding materially. So yes - a weighing machine.
Tesla might grow and find new revenue- so hope =gains.
This is from a Tesla bear but the reactions make sense.
I think the robotaxi idea of making Tesla owners millionaires is a bunch of garbage, however making a low priced EV that is stylish and has decent range has some merit. Whether this can be done in a profitable way is the big question however and whether Musk really wants to do it is another question.

I am not interested in cruise control. I am not interested in FSD. I see all of this stuff eventually being forced on everyone with legislation. You will have to pay a monthly subscription for something you don't want. You will have to wait around half an hour to charge your car. I think all this TSLA jive is eventually going to take away freedoms you enjoyed as free actual self driver. When I start driving again I am getting a manual transmission. I will resist being a forced adopter. I also never see these humanoid robot capable of mowing a lawn.
What world are we living in? Meta beats estimates top n bottom, forecasts slightly lower future earnings, gives great guidance and the stock plummets. Tesla on the other hand missed everything, no clarity on guidance and boom, to the moon. 😂😂

I just want to also add that there is a news report that sadly a young motorcyclist was killed by someone driving a Tesla model S in the Seatle area and the driver claimed that he was using the Autopilot when the accident happened.

Hi Chris. I like your videos but is getting a little exhausted. Hearing about every little thing about Elon or Tesla. I'm not sure if you are doing this for the views or clicks or you don't like Tesla or Elon?. Can you make some videos about channels or RUclips rs that give good information and facts, not just the Scammers and Pumpers .
