Scott Stapp was operated from a TUMOR on his vocal cords now HE IS BACK, I went YESTERDAY to West Palm's Beach Ampitheatre to see Creed live and HE IS DEFINITELY BACK. The Scott from Weathered, either way hes amazing as well as the whole band. I had an amazing time, I recorded some vids and pictures and I know what i'm saying, they put on an amazing show. So for all the Creed/Stapp haters: SLEEP ON THIS FACT: Platinum band! Guiness World Records band and a DIFFERENT/POWERFUL lyrical band. PERIOD
The incompreenção is a defect of human beings, complain that the voice of Scott is no longer the same point, criticizing, I think it all ridiculous. Surely those who criticize should be frozen at an age, time passes for everyone, things change, we must have a sense. I love Creed, Scott Love and to me they will always be the best.
@Endisnigh666 I understand that and dont get me wrong Im an enormous fan of creed and probably always will be but there is definitely a huge difference in the vocals for sure. This is evident in all of their songs, even the newer ones. Hes just not a growly as he once was.
@venom6echo I don't think so, I think he was an awsome singer, but nowdays, he's not that good since his last tour on solo career. But I hope he gets better, I belive he can
I have but he has nothing compared to what he had. He used to sound total studio when live and now he has to control more, holding back shortening his growls, etc. Watch some old live performances life "Torn", "One" etc. Then watch his live performance on those same songs now. He sounds ok but nothing of what he was. I still like the studio Stapp but life is lacking that power and hair raising passion. Lyrically now they have drowned in comparison as well.
He just doesnt have that passion he had before in the first 2 albums. Just doesnt have the voice anymore. He's lacking the anger and violent (Pun intended) passion I guess.
No the sped it up on purpose. The original version of is a slow rock ballad. This literally works better as a rock song now. Especially since Tremonti has been playing more rocking fast paced songs in alter bridge
Wow this really sucks. The clean guitar for the intro doesn't have enough bass added or effect to make it pop out. Scott's vocals really suck they need to change keys he is really struggling. I would have left after this song if this is what I heard. I am sure hearing the mix live was probably better, this mix does not justice.
Scott sounds like he doesn't even practice singing in key. Sounds like he half assed it for this tour. I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't play again. I'd be pissed if I was a true professional like Tremonti.
