Nice video Paul. Great use of time getting in an early morning shoot and being done by 9.30. You captured some great images, totally different to my style and i think that's why I love them. These videos are brilliant for seeing different perspectives of other photographers and you always convey your thoughts in an entertaining way. The fast shutter speed shot was great and worth getting in the sea for. My favourite is the the thumbnail shot. Its always satisfying when you nail the brief opportunities that the weather and light provide us.

What a good morning you had, every shot is stunning and well worth getting your feet wet. I appreciated the longer look at the images in the recap part of the video.
That's my personal favourite and it looks awesome in print ;) I'm not comfortable with square crops either as it forces me to concentrate on a specific aspect . I am determined to do more .
Worth waiting for, I am going to go back again so many compositions. Do need a low, low tide to access the area you finished up in. Great pictures too.

Very good paul ,looks very good when you capture the water going out , creating some Beautiful leading lines,, Haven’t done any seascapes yet but I was wondering what do you clean your lens with ? does the salt spray not scratch the lens if you just wipe it with a cloth without any cleaning solution
Thanks Martin. Salt spray is a nightmare. I have a wet cloth in a plastic bag which I use to wipe the lens, however once salt spray becomes a problem it usually requires a thorough clean post shoot. I wouldn't worry too much about scratching the lens as long as there is no evidence of sand on it. The chances of spoiling images is a lot more of a concern though :)

Very nice. Wish we had some coast like that near where I live. Might I suggest getting at set (of three) Gitzo G1586 "snowshoes". They work really well in the surf. As I recall, they were about US$30 when I got mine. Manfrotto owns Gitzo, so you should be able to find them fairly easily.
Paul, great great video and compliments the last one by having close up shots of the coastline. The colour and detail was amazing. So glad the hotel here in Espania has wifi, would hate to have missed this from one my favourite bloggers.

I have watched your vlogs, learning, laugh, been inspired, almost jumped up and down when I've seen the location you been at and the pic recaps. When there was people running by you in this one.. you looked a bit surprised. 'Like.. whaaat the fudge is going on'!? But still the "relaxed Paul" doing his stuff. Thumbs up! :)
Really enjoyed this vlog! Hard to pick a favourite photo though, as they all have a mesmerising painted feel to them. That last shot is one of those times it was worth sacrificing dry feet for!
Paul, you had a great morning. Always a good idea to take both long exposures and faster exposures like 1/500th or faster to capture the waves at the critical moment. I never know until I get home and put the photos up on the screen which technique works best.
Beautiful shots Paul, love the sense of movement in the water, just the sort of thing I like!! Seeing this makes me miss the coastal landscape of the UK. And so much luck with that rainbow, all the past little problems paid back, karma:)

Nice work Paul, Kynance is an amazing place when the conditions are right. I thought you was going to get the classic picture from the cliff top looking down at the whole of the cove. I have been there many times to shoot but only managed a hand full of shots that i'm happy with.
Its such a shame that this place is almost at the end of the world to get to, i love kynance and i love Cornwall it just takes so long to get there lol. If you ever go back or are still in Cornwall go to a place called Kennall vale, its a little spot of woodland (rare in Cornwall) that has some amazing old mills sat alongside a river, its on the road out to Redruth from Penryn. Kennall vale was one of my most favorite places to photograph, i highly recommend it in Autumn.
Stunning! My favourite of the lot is the B+W version of the third image. Just wondering what it would look like had a digital red filter been applied in post processing. It would make the sky a lot darker but then make the clouds a lot more of a contrasting element bringing more drama to the sky portion. Great stuff, love the seascapes as well as your countrysides with those spectacular stone walls. Also, great drone videos. Especially like the direct overhead views, awesome.

Haven’t done any seascapes yet but I was wondering what do you clean your lens with ? does the salt spray not scratch the lens if you just wipe it with a cloth without any cleaning solution
Thanks Martin. Salt spray is a nightmare. I have a wet cloth in a plastic bag which I use to wipe the lens, however once salt spray becomes a problem it usually requires a thorough clean post shoot. I wouldn't worry too much about scratching the lens as long as there is no evidence of sand on it. The chances of spoiling images is a lot more of a concern though :)
love it... those images with the sea smoothed out are wonderful..

Very nice. Wish we had some coast like that near where I live. Might I suggest getting at set (of three) Gitzo G1586 "snowshoes". They work really well in the surf. As I recall, they were about US$30 when I got mine. Manfrotto owns Gitzo, so you should be able to find them fairly easily.

Paul, great great video and compliments the last one by having close up shots of the coastline. The colour and detail was amazing. So glad the hotel here in Espania has wifi, would hate to have missed this from one my favourite bloggers.

Oh wow! Fantastic images & great video Paul. The clouds & light were changing all the time which made for such incredible shots. And what a location! I've never been to Kynance Cove , but it's now on my to do list! It's breathtaking.

Paul, you had a great morning. Always a good idea to take both long exposures and faster exposures like 1/500th or faster to capture the waves at the critical moment. I never know until I get home and put the photos up on the screen which technique works best.
I think both techniques are great just depends on the mood you are trying to capture doesn't it :)
Beautiful shots Paul, love the sense of movement in the water, just the sort of thing I like!! Seeing this makes me miss the coastal landscape of the UK. And so much luck with that rainbow, all the past little problems paid back, karma:)

Nice work Paul, Kynance is an amazing place when the conditions are right. I thought you was going to get the classic picture from the cliff top looking down at the whole of the cove.
I have been there many times to shoot but only managed a hand full of shots that i'm happy with.

Its such a shame that this place is almost at the end of the world to get to, i love kynance and i love Cornwall it just takes so long to get there lol.
If you ever go back or are still in Cornwall go to a place called Kennall vale, its a little spot of woodland (rare in Cornwall) that has some amazing old mills sat alongside a river, its on the road out to Redruth from Penryn. Kennall vale was one of my most favorite places to photograph, i highly recommend it in Autumn.

Stunning! My favourite of the lot is the B+W version of the third image. Just wondering what it would look like had a digital red filter been applied in post processing. It would make the sky a lot darker but then make the clouds a lot more of a contrasting element bringing more drama to the sky portion.
Great stuff, love the seascapes as well as your countrysides with those spectacular stone walls.
Also, great drone videos. Especially like the direct overhead views, awesome.

You, my friend, certainly have an eye for composing great photos. Hard to pick a favorite one, but I'd go with the one you posted to Instagram. Sounds like this is close to your home ..... lucky to be so close to so much beauty.
