Got to love the fine finishing on that Jaques Lemans skeleton model! Every scuff and pit from the metal stamping machine is carefully and artistically preserved, for your endless appreciation (or at least until it stops working in the not-at-all-distant future.)

I was commenting the same topic but lesser poetic than you, Sir. We've seen less than half a second non macro shots of the movement and it was enough to tell the really poor quality of those watches.

I would take: House, sport 5 field, bulova, neither, omega, tudor, keep the chopard, logines, and agree, get a seiko. Great video. Well done.
got my 39mm with the white dial on the 3-link "Bader" bracelet watch on mamacoo 3 weeks ago and am loving it to pieces. Absolute fantastic watch that wears super comfortable on my 6.75 inch wrist. Chose the 3-link over the 5-link bracelet for the toolless quick adjustment. Way more comfortable than my Longines Hydroconquest 41 mm.

First watch: Casio MDV-106/107 Duro. Put a bracelet on it and enjoy the best cheap diver by far. Timeless looks, good water resistance (200m), 120 click unidirectional bezel, very solid build quality.
Mindblown after that chopard or crypto question. Says alot about this generation and how it has failed miserably.

Well you are wrong. Just two months ago I was deciding between the speedy or the pink GS spring drive. In the end I went for the speedy in end as i like the history and I already have another dress watch - jlc moonphase. But i might get the pink GS spring drive as the next watch as tbh I prefer dress watches
