So when the water drops I know where to find a spinner bate 😂. Yall were 3/4 mile above my house lol.
The way that water was yesterday, that spinnerbait is in Chattanooga now 😂
I hung up a brand new swim bait on an a pilling the other day and walked out in the water to get it. Came back with a pocket full of lures people had hung on the pillimg and broke off. 😂
@waterdog3978 Maybe I'm going to check next time I'm there lol.
Hahaha he might put you in a video if you return it ! Pushing 13k cfs non stop, don’t drown
That is crazy on the water temps.
That may not have been the epic trip but enough to keep it interesting. In another month I reckon river smallies will be more obliging. That'll do pig. Killing me dude
Great video beautiful place I wish I had a kayak bank fishing around here hard to do not many places to walk around thank you enjoyed the video
Thank you so much for watching and enjoying the video!
I’ve hardly been bit on the slobber knocked
It’s so weird last year I couldn’t buy a bite on a spinnerbait but crushed them on the Slobber this year is the opposite.
@@AlexRuddFishing yeah an I’m with pure fishing as well so I’ve thrown it religiously. I pick up a different bladed jig and catch them. But nah that 3 inch pit boss catches them I just found that blue color on a total different website because I don’t see it on either berkely or purefishing
🔥🔥🔥🔥
I have two spinnerbait rods, one of a shorter one like you have and then I have a 7”4 for open water. I like both styles
Yeah I got a 7’3 MH (it’s a worm rod) but is an awesome spinnerbait rod to. You can really crack them with it.
Yes the Ned Mander is a fish catcher, come across these year before last, smallies love em
I’ve caught a lot of bass on that Ned salamander.
U know the buzzards coming .
They always do 😂
What river is this
I don’t share where I’m fishing, if you know you know 😁👊🏻
What size yak paks do you have ? I thought about doing the setup with the two box’s because the batterie takes up so much room
The smallest size for batteries, largest for tackle.
That Hobie slick, tho….
Thanks!
Alex do you ever fish your spinnerbait on your spinning reel
Never
I got a highschool tournament on Cherokee this weekend. You think they’ll be chewing good?
Should be!
So got a question. I watch you kayak fishing in some cooler weather, how do you dress for it and what kind of pants do you recommend for the drip?
I normally just wear a hoodie and sweat pants. If it’s really cold I’ll run my base layer thermals, hoodie and sweats pants, down jacket, and rain suite over it all. Then insulated boots and wool socks.
So nothing water proof?
Sorry didn’t read everything…ah dude!
