Many of the churches of today are losing attendance. Would a person want to go to a church which is as cold as ice or one full of fire? This is the kind of service I wish I could find here in Ironton, Ohio.
I know this is 5 years old but if your still able to read this. I go to an apostolic church in wurtland KY called Calvary Apostolic light house and we would love to have you. Wurtland is right across the bridge. About 10 mins after you cross the Ironton bridge.
The original is from 1979 Los Angeles institutional choir directed by Ricky Dillard is the actual original Ron kenoly version is the second most best known of it from his 1993 album or tape or CD is classic Lift Him Up... the version they're singing here with these verses I am not familiar with chorus I definitely know unless they're throwing in another song with can't stop praising his name I think that's what they're doing...
I don't know for certain if that was him or not but it very well could have been. Around this time. Alexandria Sanctuary Choir went and sang at Brooklyn Tabernacle. So apostolic or not I'm sure the invitation was open. For years there have been people from other denominations and organizations that come to BOTT and they are always made to feel welcome as they should be.
Looking back, it's hard to believe that I willingly participated in this. It was good music (at the time), but I feel so foolish having let myself try so hard to follow something just for the psychological high. But, in fairness, I was 15 lol.
