Korean-made French food 'Roasted Eggplant and Cheese' : yumyumbot

  • - Ingredients (for one person) -
    One eggplant, mozzarella cheese, four to five mini tomato, three to four olives, four spoons of olive oil, parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, parsley
    1. Cut the eggplant in half and add the sheath
    2. Mix olive oil and parmesan cheese and apply to eggplant
    3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    4. Place the eggplant in a 180 degree oven preheated oven and roast for 20 minutes
    5. Slice tomatoes and olives while roasting eggplant
    6. Place mozzarella cheese, tomatoes and olives on roasted eggplants.
    7. Roast for 10 to 15 minutes in an oven that has been preheated to 180 degrees
    8. Finish with parsley!
