What purpose does Azhdaha have in this deck? I've been wondering

I'm pretty sure he's used as an anchor, meaning if he's the only one alive he will be the one to carry since he can deal high damage with his burst and skill.

i use him as a stall, dont rlly use him much at all bc the bird and signora can clean up easily
