Keep an eye out for the small 5x5 storage units, they are great for content and don't have much furniture. We're gonna target more of those.
I am a lone Ebay seller. I do it all by myself...source, photos, list, ship etc. So like Teresa I like to ready my positive feedback. It's like a pat on the back which as you both know we need it occasionally. It's tough work and it's nice to know all your work I'd appreciated. ❤ love u guys.
Cutco absolutely will replace your knife for free. I just sent off 5 knives for sharpening, and they sent me back 4 sharpened and 1 brand new white pearl handle knife, because they deemed it necessary to replace. I didn't even see a problem with it. I sold the lot of 4 for $140. And sold the 1 new knife for $90 on Mercari - no fees!
I bought a single candelabra because it it's vintage, a good brand, glass, and it only cost $1.99. For that price, it's worth holding onto to see if I can find a match.
With a good review, you learn what you're doing right.
The pics are the way that most buyers make a decision to buy/not buy since most folks don't even read any descriptions. More pics (and good ones) increase the chance of a sale.
Agree that the bad reviews are better teachable moments. As is said, "fair winds & following seas do not a sailor make."

Maybe you have already done this, bit your channel is encouraging and informative, so I'm going to ask...have you done a detailed shop tour? My interest lies in how much space is necessary for shipping supplies, what you have on the whiteboard behind Corey, and how big a vehicle you need for this business. I consider you professionals and I always learn from you. I want to get into reselling but doing it right seems important to being successful. "You don't learn anything from good reviews," but they do reinforce the efforts and details.
Depending on the review, a positive review can be more educational than a bad one. It tells you what you're doing right. You don't stop doing something if you keep getting good reviews about it. For example, you under-promise and over-deliver on condition and your positive reviews reflect that. You'd be more likely (maybe not you specifically) to care less about it if you weren't getting that positive reinforcement.
Selling used shoes is “fun.” Been asked to show sexy shoes on my feet more than once and then there were the vintage Converse that they wanted me to sniff and describe the scent. 😂
Theresa I love your attitude about the feedback. I don't like negative feedback because I feel bad when a customer is unhappy . The last two bad reviews I don't think I was responsible they were from manipulative buyers . You can't see the e-mails they sent me. I provide free returns so if you have a issue get a full refund then if you are not happy . I want to see the product if there is a issue so I can learn from it. I don't want someone beating me up. Men and women think differently. I have been doing this a long time and honestly take such care in my shipping and wrapping of items I would hope everything arrives nidely. Corey I get how you feel. Those punishments make you remember I am just not a fan!
If it’s something that I am very knowledgeable about I describe it and list it better condition because I can back it up. I take the chance on a lot of damaged stuff that I have to test I back that up too. If I am not sure in any way I list it very humbly. You can learn from a good job comment if you have a very difficult boss.
What do you guys do to get more combined shipping orders, is there something in business policies that can help? What have you done to make more repeat and combined orders.
