I had some issue on very steep road , that vehicle started roll back ,I pulled hand brake full and accelerated but it didn't work out , I had to go back in reverse to a flat surface.

Hey John, I was going through a dielemna of taking Venue IMT (no hill climb assistance) . I can say you have cleared an important concern of mine here. I've a few more question too. From your comments I beleive your vehicle doesn't have hill climb assistance ( same feather birds 😌) 1) How good is the bumper to bumper traffic, Where the city traffic is jam-packed. 2) Above same situation ,with inclined or slant road? Can you share your experiences of above situations. (Hope you have faced 🙄) I've subscribed 😀. Good day.
Thank you for your comment brother 👍 About the answers If there is no heavy inclination in the road the roll back is not a matter. if road is inclined I have to use hand break accordingly that's what I used to follow in my driving practice, if the road is slippery then better to use the handbrake in an ABS sort of manner as it will reduce slippage due to tyre getting lock and slip . Hope you get what I ment Have a happy & safe motoring In my view I think Kia can retrofit the hill assist feature, in our models too if possible let's see
In my openion HTX IMT is a good value for money option . But if you can stretch your budget then go for the GTX+ as it's a great vehicle. I really liked that model but as my budget was less I have gone to HTX IMT which is the value for money varient 😊👍
@@abhijithnair1056 I'm not that aware of the service cost actually my free services are going on now 😊 In general saying the diesel engines are more costly to maintain due to the presence of additional filters , injectors etc. But in modern petrol vehicles we can see filters and injectors in a comparatively lighter duty aspect. I don't personally like the rear end's design of Nexon
Sunroof and LED headlamps and interior quality.
Hey John, I was going through a dielemna of taking Venue IMT (no hill climb assistance) . I can say you have cleared an important concern of mine here. I've a few more question too. From your comments I beleive your vehicle doesn't have hill climb assistance ( same feather birds 😌)
1) How good is the bumper to bumper traffic, Where the city traffic is jam-packed.
2) Above same situation ,with inclined or slant road?
Can you share your experiences of above situations. (Hope you have faced 🙄)
I've subscribed 😀. Good day.
Thank you for your comment brother 👍
About the answers
If there is no heavy inclination in the road the roll back is not a matter. if road is inclined I have to use hand break accordingly that's what I used to follow in my driving practice, if the road is slippery then better to use the handbrake in an ABS sort of manner as it will reduce slippage due to tyre getting lock and slip . Hope you get what I ment
Have a happy & safe motoring
In my view I think Kia can retrofit the hill assist feature, in our models too if possible let's see
Is htx a good option?
In my openion HTX IMT is a good value for money option . But if you can stretch your budget then go for the GTX+ as it's a great vehicle. I really liked that model but as my budget was less I have gone to HTX IMT which is the value for money varient 😊👍
Service wise is HTX diesel or turbo petrol is better? I mean charges and all
@@abhijithnair1056 I'm not that aware of the service cost actually my free services are going on now 😊
In general saying the diesel engines are more costly to maintain due to the presence of additional filters , injectors etc. But in modern petrol vehicles we can see filters and injectors in a comparatively lighter duty aspect.
It's better to consult the service team for the detailed information, I'm planning to visit the service team I will try to have a discussion with them in this regards 😊

Thanks for replying , I am planning to buy htx soon , but my dout is on engine type whether automatic turbo petrol will charge me more on maintenance than manual diesel
I have searched lot on this, still answer remaining
Imt is best or dct
I'm not that used with DCT brother, but IMT is fun to drive for sure 👍😊
The HTX IMT is the most value for money varient too
HTX+ and GTX+ have got DCT.
In my opinion please do a test drive of both the gear box varients and select a vehicle
DCT can be driven in fully auto mode but , in IMT you have to shift the gears by yours self

Nice video. Kia should have provided Hill hold assist at least.
I just had a discussion with the sales executive during the initial interrogation Time he told that if they provide hill hold assist in htx imt then no one will be interested in getting the higher varients 😃😃
They can think about a manual hill hold assist for sure 😊

So the advantage of not having a clutch is lost cause you have to mess with the handbrakes every so often. hmm!
The 2021 model HTX IMT have the hill hold assist feature. If the angle is more then we must use hand break , but if the angle is low and the traffic situation is minimal the usage of hand break can be neglected as the few cm roll back won't cause you any accidents
Hope you understand what I meant

Dude, the content is very good. But the way you have shot the video is very poor. Shot from too far
I'm not a professional videographer brother
Will try to improve
A tip , try the watch the video in 1080p you might feel a slight improvement
You Need to apply hand breaks though!
It depends on the inclination and the distance between the car behind the sonet

Wat about the milage
It depends on several parameters brother
I have got 10 kmpl and 22.8 kmpl In different conditions
So it's based on the conditions like
Terrain
The mode of driving (rash or soft)
Number of people in the vehicle
Tyre pressure
Speed
Gear shift style
Cruise control utilisation
Traffic conditions etc
