You did a great job explaining all the fine details, which were never explained to me by the sales rep I dealt with, which came to light after the installation and became an issue. I have ES Elite windows/doors installed and I am not impressed with the design or quality. Unfortunately the company I purchased and installed with went out of business late last year, and they will not be able to address my concerns :(
