And when the world needed him most, he vanished. 7 years later me and my brother discovered the new hero, Adult Link. Although his sword skills are great, he still has a lot to learn before he's ready to save anyone. But I believe Link can save the world.
We, are the Hyrule Bests! We'll always save the day! And if you think we can't, then Ganon we will slay! That's why the people of this world believe in Vio, Red and Blue, and Green- AND TINGLE!!!
I can't believe the Bottle wasn't on here! A Bottle can save you from death, help you finish side-quests for cool upgrades, you flat out need one to save the Deku Princess in Majora's Mask and who can forget playing energy tennis against Gannondorf with one?
+SKX44 I know! I wasn't expecting that cause usually he says something that's joke like then goes onto the next number. I think this is the first time he's actually edited in something to go with what he said.
+JCrv Technically those items have been since the first Kid Icarus, which is about as old as Zelda is, give or take a year or two. All we need to figure is who was illuminati first?
MrRoMaGi yeah, the Three Sacred treasures appeared first in the Kid Icarus series, in the first game. Most of the other items appeared much later in Zelda
WHY IS THE ROC'S CAPE NOT ON THIS LIST?!?! I'm glad the Magnetic Gloves were though, such an underrated item. BUT ROC'S CAPE!! The sheer catharsis of having a double jump/glide ability at the touch of a button in a game that otherwise gives you no vertical control is amazing, even if it comes so late. I've been wanting to see it in a 3D Zelda for a long time. And come on, you had Batman and Spiderman references, the Roc's Cape turns Link into Superman.
My favourite was in Spirit Tracks, Using the DS touch screen to draw out the path that your boomerang will fly. Because...physics don't exist in Zelda I guess...
Oh my god the magnet gloves on four swords as soon as we got those it was only a matter of time before someone became the most awful troll in the universe.
I think Twilight Princess has some of the best items in the series, especially in the second half. The ball and chain, the dominion rod, the spinner, the double clawshot...
He is ready, knees weak arms are heavy to drop bombs But He forgets where he's supposed to drop em. He's choking now. Panicking now. Demise is Joking now. He scatters and drops it on enimies, Bop.
LennyPerson Sir/Madam, giving your opinion on the internett I am for, but using such vile words to do so I cannot tolerate! Please consider editing or removing your comment!
what i dont understand is that that "game theorey" isnt even a theorey, its using earth physics to state how the hookshot works though i doubt "Game theory ( and sometimes putting logic to games about fairies, talking trees and 3 beings who have the same name due centuries of undocumented adventures)" doesn't exactly roll off the tounge!
I think they'll make Wind Waker and Twilight Princess playable in some form for the Switch (as well as every other title via Virtual Console when that comes). Whether they get us the Gamecube or WiiU versions.
Favourite moment with the Skull Hammer. I was going to hit an enemy with it, and in the animation of Link swinging it back before he thrusts it down, it killed an enemy behind me.
+Mumkhar The Homs they attack so rarely and their attacks have less range than links sword, you can stand in place and mash b to win. they are only an issue if you vertical slash or if you rush into the horde.
The only complaint I have is that the he said the clawshot was an upgrade to the hookshot. While using the two clawshots at once was fun to get around in certain levels; the hook shot was not restricted to use on specific grates to pull yourself to. After all I can think of the many hours wasted just using the hookshot to fly around towns like Kakariko village.
I'm SO GLAD you put the Spinner on your list! My favorite item will FOREVER be the Spinner, I was heartbroken during Twilight Princess when I realized you only got to use it in one dungeon and then like in ONE spot outside of it. It was SOOOOO FUN! I wanted more of it SO BAD!
For having over 1 million subs, you really don't upload enough. Some people with only like 10k subs upload at least twice a week but you only upload at most once a week. I really don't want to complain but it seems that after you reached 1 million subs you've been uploading less and less. I love your content so if u see this, please consider my suggestions to upload more frequently. Have a nice day!
My favorite hacks for Twilight Princess were for the Spinner and Clawshots. They made the spinner able to fly as high and fast as you wanted, and the Clawshots could latch onto literally any surface and had infinite range.
About the Boomerang not being useful till Wind Waker, it was actually one of, if not the most powerful weapons in Links Awakening. It even kills some normally unkillable enemies.
There is one really cool Boomerang use pre-Windwaker. In Link's Awakening, you can find a special red cucco that, when picked up, will let you hover in midair. Just throw the boomerang, pick up the cocco, and the boomerang will hover beneath you endlessly as you fly over your enemies and let the 'rang do the rest!
I think the three medallions from A Link To The Past are some of the coolest items in the series. It's just something really satisfying about their AoE.
One of my favorite items is the light arrow. It's basically just a mana draining arrow in OoT that's only real use is fighting ganondorf, to a strong weapon that also offers lots of utility, like inverting the stone tower and triggering sun blocks in MM, and finally to a badass otk weapon in WW.
I like the Zora mask better than the Goron mask. Electric shield, boomerangs into your standard attack, and it even did the unthinkable: make underwater mechanics fun.
I don't know why but this was one of my favorite videos by far. I loved all of it. Also the JWittz, I like how the poke balls change for every number, keep up all the work.
Welcome to Zelda then! I'd recommend you to start with either Wind Waker or Ocarina of Time. Wind Waker is probably the most suitable for a Zelda newcomer and Ocarina of Time beacuse it's my all time favourite and many fan's favourite as well :)
Oh my goodness don't get me started on the Boomerang from Wind Waker. It's perfect. It kills smaller enemies and stuns bigger one. I always have it equipped
great video but you forgot the best part of have 2 clawshock, the ninja stile, when you dawn slow to the floor and the zora tunic have a cover face like ninja, and dawn sloow, to assassin the foes like ninja, the best part and use the other to transport to other place or just disepear like batman go higth sloow.
My favorite would be the nice bow from A Link Between Worlds. It's a bow, that shoots three arrows at once, and never runs out of ammo. What more could you want?
7:57 Dude, I love the Boomerang in Wind Waker. It's a main defensive weapon in my 3 Heart run. Moblins and Darknuts (With no Helmet) are a freaking joke when I use it. I freaking love it! :D
Best use of the Avatar opening I have seen yet. Two hooks are better then one, twice the travel, twice the fun. Although I'm more of a Bow + Eagle mask guy myself. Probably made Archery the most fun in and only in Twilight Princess. Medieval sniper Link is king.
I kinda like the Deku Leaf from Windwaker. Not only can you "fly" with it but you can blow bubbles away from you with it, and I hate those damn things.
When JWittz was talking about the broken magic rod and walking around in the grass, I actually expected some Pidgey to pop up at him and initiate a battle. I've played too much Pokémon.
The items honestly make a Zelda game for me. The fact that most of them aren't useful in dungeons and only find use in one dungeon on top of that I always considered a pretty big design flaw.
I like how in the thumbnail Link is holding the Skull Hammer, looking at it and thinking: "Ok, so how does this thing work? How does this handle not break? Oh well, I'm in a video game, so who cares."
And when the world needed him most, he vanished. 7 years later me and my brother discovered the new hero, Adult Link. Although his sword skills are great, he still has a lot to learn before he's ready to save anyone. But I believe Link can save the world.

true... true... :D
We, are the Hyrule Bests! We'll always save the day! And if you think we can't, then Ganon we will slay! That's why the people of this world believe in Vio, Red and Blue, and Green- AND TINGLE!!!
+Xyno76 In most of the games you save the world instead of just Hyrule, there are some Zelda games where you don't appear on Hyrule at all.
I can't believe the Bottle wasn't on here! A Bottle can save you from death, help you finish side-quests for cool upgrades, you flat out need one to save the Deku Princess in Majora's Mask and who can forget playing energy tennis against Gannondorf with one?
+alec desousa it goes without saying- that's why it wasn't said.
+alec desousa I still wonder how the bottle was able to fit an entire deku scrub inside of it. Perhaps it's bigger on the inside?
+Big Daddy Pizza I'm pretty sure the answer is 'magic'...
Bottles revealed to be Tardis under the effect of the chameleon circuit.

That avatar joke got me.
Me too
+SKX44 I know! I wasn't expecting that cause usually he says something that's joke like then goes onto the next number. I think this is the first time he's actually edited in something to go with what he said.
+SKX44 lol me too i just lost it
+SKX44 Or when he said one verse from Eminem. That really got me!
haha me too
"Sometimes the best offense is a good defense. Disguised as additional offense."
JWittz, 2015.
11:03 LINK IS KIRITO NOW?! WTF?!
I checked 11:03, what do you mean
Dual wielding hookshots
But kirito uses swords
The Kid Icarus 3 Sacred Teasures: Wings of Pegasus, Arrow of Light, Mirror Shield. Some Zelda items: Pegasus Boots, Light Arrows, Mirror Shield. Kid Icarus=Zelda Illuminarty Confirmed
Makes way too much sense
Well Kid Icarus would be the Illuminati beacuse uprising was MUCH after most Zelda games.....
KID ICARUS IS ILLUMINATI
+JCrv Technically those items have been since the first Kid Icarus, which is about as old as Zelda is, give or take a year or two.
All we need to figure is who was illuminati first?
+JCrv By the same token, most Zelda games was MUCH after the first and second Kid Icarus games.

I've been wanting to see it in a 3D Zelda for a long time. And come on, you had Batman and Spiderman references, the Roc's Cape turns Link into Superman.
I also fricking LOVE Rock's cape! I always found myself jumping around all the time with it, it just somehow felt so good!
Oracle of Seasons and Minish Cap. Also the original Four Swords and possibly 4 Swords Adventures.
well finally ur dream came true in BOTW with the jump button haha
+BigKlingy It DOES appear in Four Swords Adventures, it also appears in Link`s Awakening btw
Dank memes on JWittz' channel? Is it the year 20XX already?

Would've nudged in the Pegasus Boots myself, but solid list!
Pegasus seeds. Like the boots, but you don't need to hold down a button and they freeze enemies.
+79bigcat don't forget the fact that you can use any weapon with them, and you can turn.
My favourite was in Spirit Tracks, Using the DS touch screen to draw out the path that your boomerang will fly.
Because...physics don't exist in Zelda I guess...
Just be careful not to get your arm torn off with those hookshots...
but hey that's just a theory a game theory

LAST TIME WE-
Oh my god the magnet gloves on four swords as soon as we got those it was only a matter of time before someone became the most awful troll in the universe.
I think Twilight Princess has some of the best items in the series, especially in the second half. The ball and chain, the dominion rod, the spinner, the double clawshot...
10: Skull Hammer (WW)
9: Pegasus Boots (LttP, LBW)
8: Mirror Shield (OoT, MM, WW)
7: Roc's Cape (Minish Cap)
6: Spinner (TP)
5: Deku Leaf (WW)
4: Zora Mask (MM)
3: Boomerang (WW)
2: Bow (OoT, MM, WW, TP)
1: Double Clawshot (TP)
Typhon Destroyer I have to say I am depressed. When I say ww on you list my mind immediately went to animal crossing wild world
7:48 - Pity you didn't include the in-game sound there. The Miniblin's *_"NEEEHHH..."_* when they get squashed is the most satisfying thing ever.
That Avatar segment 😂😂
Jesse Diaz it was hilarious
He is ready, knees weak arms are heavy to drop bombs But He forgets where he's supposed to drop em. He's choking now.
Panicking now.
Demise is Joking now.
He scatters and drops it on enimies, Bop.
Actually, Purple Link originated in Four Swords for the GBA in 2002, not Four Swords Adventures for the GC in 2004.
Also, earlier in in the game, the beetle can scare off bokoblins. That's pretty legit in my opinion.
But Jwitz, the hookshot rips Links limbs off when he uses it!
+TheBlueArmageddon But it's just a theory. A game theory!
Dávid Wilsch Glad to see someone getting the refrence ;D
LennyPerson Sir/Madam, giving your opinion on the internett I am for, but using such vile words to do so I cannot tolerate! Please consider editing or removing your comment!

though i doubt "Game theory ( and sometimes putting logic to games about fairies, talking trees and 3 beings who have the same name due centuries of undocumented adventures)" doesn't exactly roll off the tounge!
Game theory theories are getting worser and worser (Remember the time where one mario theory denied the other mario theory)
I love using the Spinner in Hyrule Warriors. May not be as strong as the Master Sword, but so much fun to use.
The Skull Hammer is why we need Wind Waker ported to Switch.
I think they'll make Wind Waker and Twilight Princess playable in some form for the Switch (as well as every other title via Virtual Console when that comes). Whether they get us the Gamecube or WiiU versions.
You forgot to mention the Spinner makes for an AMAZINGLY fun weapon in Hyrule Warriors! It just mows down the competition and is so satisfying!
You got me with the Avatar reference XD
I like the Phantom Hourglass hammer the best because it can hit any where on the screen, you can swing it super fast, and it picks up items.
5:27 - 5:45
Perfect.
Favourite moment with the Skull Hammer. I was going to hit an enemy with it, and in the animation of Link swinging it back before he thrusts it down, it killed an enemy behind me.
hey j wittz for hallows eev you shoud make a vid about the top 10 scariest places in pokemon (or Nintendo games)
Jwittz was on a downwards spiral for me, but he freaking brought it back with these last two videos.
Hookshot number 1 or *Riot*
Edit: No Riot
110% my favourite JWittz video of all time
um BOMB-ARROWS!
Your list is invalid.
+Trevor Grover
Remote bombs, man. Remote bombs.
Um Iron boots?!?!? Where are the Iron boots
The RUclips Game AH! also good
Trevor Grover No one ever mentions the Minish Cap, man
The RUclips Game one of my favorites
"from the second I fired that thing, I was hooked." Lol
Will you consider making more Splatoon videos? :)
you ended the stream early. get back to making the next think tank video
Why do you like Splatoon SO much? I mean it's a fun game but I don't see why you love it so much.
+JCrv You clearly haven't played it. Or at least not enough :D
JCrv IDK it's my fav xD
Enrique Villatoro I will
Awww... no Minish Cap Mirror Shield footage. I know it's postgame, but it's still super cool.
"Miniblins aren't a major threat"
Fucking play Hero Mode
+Mumkhar The Homs they attack so rarely and their attacks have less range than links sword, you can stand in place and mash b to win. they are only an issue if you vertical slash or if you rush into the horde.
erty3125
I was more referring to the infinite spawners
The only complaint I have is that the he said the clawshot was an upgrade to the hookshot. While using the two clawshots at once was fun to get around in certain levels; the hook shot was not restricted to use on specific grates to pull yourself to. After all I can think of the many hours wasted just using the hookshot to fly around towns like Kakariko village.
back when i first played oot and also today
i still hate the bombchus -.-
The other advantage of the Gale Boomerang is the ability to choose the targets you want to lock on to.
PLEASE DO SOME SORT OF FIRE EMBLEM VIDEO!
LMAO THAT AVATAR PART
When I heard 2 hookshots all I could think of was "OMG 3D Maneuver Gear!"
For having over 1 million subs, you really don't upload enough. Some people with only like 10k subs upload at least twice a week but you only upload at most once a week. I really don't want to complain but it seems that after you reached 1 million subs you've been uploading less and less. I literally just noticed that each pokeball is in order of your top 10 favorite balls...
Jwittz you were on watch mojo as the best Pokemon based channels on RUclips!
Well earned
My favorite hacks for Twilight Princess were for the Spinner and Clawshots. They made the spinner able to fly as high and fast as you wanted, and the Clawshots could latch onto literally any surface and had infinite range.
Mattpat loves the hook shot
Oh man, memories
The mirror shield is my all time favorite shield across every Zelda game. As soon as I got it in Ocarina, it was the only shield I used.
About the Boomerang not being useful till Wind Waker, it was actually one of, if not the most powerful weapons in Links Awakening. It even kills some normally unkillable enemies.
This was incredible, great little edits in the video to add some great subtle humour. :)
Honestly, that bombchu bowling was spectacular! I always complete it by just going down the middle!
I was not prepared for the MLG Airhorn but it was so great!
10/10
I like the Zora mask better than the Goron mask. Electric shield, boomerangs into your standard attack, and it even did the unthinkable: make underwater mechanics fun.
when did Zelda bosses look so scary?
I also love the spinner, and wished it was more useful in Twilight Princess. I do love using it in Hyrule Warriors though
The grappling hook was my favorite from WW, combined with the boomerang, you could get everything they held.
Wait, Link's awakening is coming to the Switch! MAGNETIC GLOVES IN 3D!
You forgot to mention how satisfying destroying the Helmaroc King's mask with the Skull Hammer is.
Glad to have weekly videos from JWittz again.
I don't know why but this was one of my favorite videos by far. I loved all of it. Also the JWittz, I like how the poke balls change for every number, keep up all the work.
Perfect. I've just started to get into the Zelda series so this should be fun to watch.
what have you been doing all your life
@nything else. Zelda isn't that's great.
steevie maybe but zelda is a series everyone should give a chance
+ZenigameDirect Hi Zeni! Surprised to see you here.
I am really glad to see that you are starting to do more Zelda content!! Keep the great work man!
please keep on editing your videos like this, they add the right amount of humour in your some what serious videos
the beetle is my all time favourite and used it so much, to just let it scoop the area if enemies are ahead.
my "scaraba"
great video but you forgot the best part of have 2 clawshock, the ninja stile, when you dawn slow to the floor and the zora tunic have a cover face like ninja, and dawn sloow, to assassin the foes like ninja, the best part and use the other to transport to other place or just disepear like batman go higth sloow.
This has to be one of the funniest episodes you've ever done JWittz. I love it!
My favorite would be the nice bow from A Link Between Worlds. It's a bow, that shoots three arrows at once, and never runs out of ammo. What more could you want?
I always told myself that if I would've made a list like this, my #1 would the the Pbantom Hourglass hammer. That thing destroys EVERYTHING.
I would have switched the hammer for TP Ball and Chain, i just loved that items, from the moment i got it i only used the sword when it was mandatory.
7:57 Dude, I love the Boomerang in Wind Waker. It's a main defensive weapon in my 3 Heart run. Moblins and Darknuts (With no Helmet) are a freaking joke when I use it. I freaking love it! :D
10:54 And let's not forget that the hookshot is the key to your flying ability in OOT...
Best use of the Avatar opening I have seen yet.
Two hooks are better then one, twice the travel, twice the fun. Although I'm more of a Bow + Eagle mask guy myself. Probably made Archery the most fun in and only in Twilight Princess. Medieval sniper Link is king.
Dude total missed
“From looking sheik to shriek for the mirror shield
Gotta agree with your number one, especially the double hookshot in Twilight Princess. Such an awesomely useful item in any Zelda game it is part of!
"From the second I first fired one..." HOE DON'T DO IT "... I was hooked." OH MY GOD
wish City Escape would play when you start rolling around with the Goron Mask for extended amount of time
Yes!!! This is amazing!!! The avatar reference was the best!!! You need to do more Zelda videos, thank you jwittz!!!!!
This video literally had me cracking up from start to finish.
While swords were disqualified in the video, i gotta say my favorite piece of equipment was by far the Biggoron Sword.
the Oracle games are my favourite 2D Zelda games
there's a glitch you can do with the fierce deity mask and use it where ever and there are some FUN glitches you can do with the jump length
"The second I first fired one, I was hooked"
LMAO DEAD
I LOVE The Megaton Hammer from OOT I use it against Ganon instead of doing the insanely annoying Biggaron Sword quest.
8:39 Um, the DS Toon Link series also had the boomerang hit multiple targets, like in Phantom Hourglass and Spirit Tracks. You forgot those.
"I was hooked"
-best pun nominee 2015
Can you do a video on your favorite and/or least favorite shiny pokemon? I'm very curious
3:32 I never thought i would see mlg on this channel XD
The hookshots from Tp and SS are the best, they look so cool!
Your A:TLA part had me cracking up in laughter. Well played.
