You'll have to use Huawei's health app with the fitness band. You can also sync the fitness data to Google Fit app but that will also require Huawei’s Health app. You can try downloading the apk if you're unable to install it from Google Play Store.
You'll have to enable it in the Huawei health app settings. Also, make sure you've given the necessary accessibility permissions to the Huawei Health app on your device. This ensures seamless delivery of Bluetooth app notifications on the band. -N

I bought this smartwatch and it never works. I downloaded the Apps followed the tutorial video but the apps requiring updated Apps with further instruction on how and where this can be done. I wasted my money. Please do not purchase this watch it comes with a lot of frustration and disappointment.

where is SPO2 option and when i tried to update firmware it does not work
Make sure the phone app is also updated. Then you'll see the option for the same in your watch as well as the app.

Open the app and scroll down. You'll see Edit button. Press it and a settings screen will open up. You can add the SpO2 widget from there.

You have to press a button under the watch near the strap and then you put the watch in a 3 pin charger

Are you sure the adapter you used is working? The band turns on instantly (or takes 5 minutes) when you plug it in.
