I have been searching for months for the right hypnotherapy to sort out my eating problems. I have binge eating disorder and on medication but those apps do not help me. The cause of the eating is complex so had to first sort that out then am left with the bingeing. Am not obese, but about 10kg overweight, and my weight stays the same because of intermittent fasting. I do not feel any need to eat food but go on sugar or carb binges. Finally have listened to this for 4 days, lost 1.5kg and have more willpower to stop the binges. I will continue for eternity if I have to. Am really happy. Such a relief saying no to sugar.
An update on this and am now starting Week 4 and feel such a relief. Am not craving sugar at all and my weight has dropped a total of 4.5kg. Started listening to the excercise one now as well.

I stopped utilizing the video in my nightly routine because of not only the plateau I had hit in my weight, but because the audio was almost intolerable to listen to in an awakened state
I legit lost 5lbs after listening to this for 3 days. I was absolutely unable to lose a pound this past month then I start listening to this daily and bam! Can’t believe it. I’ve done nothing else different.

Hi Pay, it sounds like now is definitely the right time for you. You know hat you need to change. Pick one thing and cut it out/reduce it/etc for the next 10 days. Then choose another thing. Do this for the month of January and that will be 3 unhelpful things gone and you will see results and it will have felt easy.

I did Pilates and a pump weight lifting 🏋🏼♀️ class last week And pump yesterday, then walked 1:11 minutes! Im proud of myself for doing this. Now to add in more self care stretching at night and kundalini ❤11 minutes or more each week.

Over the last 4.5 months, I have lost 70lbs. Although I have listened to several tracks, this one has been my go-to for the last month and a half. I have about 70 more pounds to go to get to my “ideal” weight and I plan to keep this as my consistent bedtime track.

I've found that I have to convince my subconscious that I AM IN CHARGE, and that this is what I believe is right and what I truly want, to improve my quality of life.... Believing that it works is key. Have you thought of using some counseling and prayer to reduce resistance? It's a slow process at times, but I finally started losing a bit. 5 pounds is a good starting point...
I have been utilizing meditation and sleep hypnosis videos for several years now. I am a food addict and struggle with my weight has been tremendous over the past 10 years. Menopause does not help my dilemma any. I am a firm believer in the power of the mind and I know that when I stop listening to my nightly meditation for any significant length of time, I struggle more with overeating and weight gain. As of 11/1/24 I am back to nightly listening as I fall asleep and the subliminal messaging is working already. I feel better, more rested. I am eating less, cravings are down and I feel motivated to keep going. There are no miracle cures for food addiction that’s for sure, but incorporating daily meditation and guided meditation nightly into my routine, helps me feel optimistic.

Lost a total of 4 kg in 1 one month. Listened during sleep. I could easily let go of sweets and chips. I did get a dry mouth at night after listening but it works.
First day after first night of listening, still gorged on the chocolate. Second night and day the same, third night and day, wow, I can't eat chocolate, sweets or cake at all! I think I know what you are saying, there is a reverb, and the high frequency of the microphone are turned up a bit too much, which makes the sound very crispy even if you turn down the volume. I would also prefer if it was recorded warmer..

I noticed that some of us are not seeing the results that this video claims to make. I listened for 28 days as instructed and did not lose weight or notice any changes in other areas of my life. Are there people who can't be hypnotized? If so, please explain why hypnosis doesn't work on us.
It has been difficult for me to get into this a few nights, due to that most annoying psoriasis itch on my foot. if you have psoriasis, you know hahaha. I have managed some nights, when I do get into it, I seem to wake up after one hour. I shall not give in. As my binge eating has been taking over, and I so desperately need to stop.
If I need to listen to it for 28 days but I missed one or two days - should I start over, or just continue the following day, until I reach the 28 days of listening?

I've been listening to it every night for 4 weeks and I can honestly say that I have not lost any weight. I'm really disappointed but will persevere for maybe 1 more week. There are others I intend to try. Hopefully one of them will work.

I have been utilizing meditation and sleep hypnosis videos for several years now. I am a food addict and struggle with my weight has been tremendous over the past 10 years. Menopause does not help my dilemma any.
I am a firm believer in the power of the mind and I know that when I stop listening to my nightly meditation for any significant length of time, I struggle more with overeating and weight gain.
As of 11/1/24 I am back to nightly listening as I fall asleep and the subliminal messaging is working already. I feel better, more rested. I am eating less, cravings are down and I feel motivated to keep going.
There are no miracle cures for food addiction that’s for sure, but incorporating daily meditation and guided meditation nightly into my routine, helps me feel optimistic.
Love this channel. Been very helpful in relaxing and creating a more positive self image.

YES! 🙂 There are other hypnosis videos that state this in the beginning. Your subconscious picks it all up.

First day after first night of listening, still gorged on the chocolate. Second night and day the same, third night and day, wow, I can't eat chocolate, sweets or cake at all! Just the thought of them makes me feel a little nauseous. I haven't been using headphones, may do so tonight. Really looking forward to seeing what happens with this after a week or two. 😍

I just started, but I would like to suggest black screen. I lowered the brightness setting on my phone to the dimmest, but its still very bright. Especially if this is meant to be played at night. 😉
Turn your phone over screen side down it will help.
I put my sweater over my iPad.

This is wonderful! I read the transcript for this video and love the various messages in the affirmations. I also love, in the hypnosis portion, the visualization of my trim self in the mirror that I then merge with and become. This is so powerful! I will definitely be listening to this again and again.

I started it last night. I don't know if it will work but my subconscious was listening, I woke up when my left arm moved upward and she was saying something about our arms lol

Hello. Thank you for your videos. Is there any little chance, that you could make a hypnosis for weight loss, as you use to do - just with your Voice and without desturbing background music. 2nd day salad for lunch, very small plate of healthy food (Chicken and Veg) for tea at 5.30. Managed all day without chocolate or snacks Then 7ish the munches started. Peach, Avocado, crisps, 1 toast, yogurt, 2 wheatabix and milk. What can I do?

I am excited to give this a try.... but compared to other guided hypnosis sleep videos, the vocals are a little louder than normal..... I felt as though I was dreaming her talking to me rather than a subliminal message melding into my subconscious thoughts. I will definitely give it another go despite that..... keeping my fingers crossed

with hypnosis, you hear the voices, subliminals you don't. That's why it's louder.
Yes, this kept waking me up because of her constant talking. It wasn’t a very restful night.
I think I know what you are saying, there is a reverb, and the high frequency of the microphone are turned up a bit too much, which makes the sound very crispy even if you turn down the volume. I would also prefer if it was recorded warmer..
Listening for 3 days and cravings are amped up and I'm hungrier than ever :( hopefully this hypnosis kicks in soon
This means your limiting beliefs are kicking in. You’re mine and body is trying to fight the new beliefs, sit through it breathe and take control of the cravings. Have things that are healthy and filling. Distract yourself with activities, a new hobby or even go for a walk.

Why is this set so that it can't be saved? How do I find it every night. I am subscribed.
I noticed that some of us are not seeing the results that this video claims to make. I listened for 28 days as instructed and did not lose weight or notice any changes in other areas of my life. Are there people who can't be hypnotized? If so, please explain why hypnosis doesn't work on us.

It has been difficult for me to get into this a few nights, due to that most annoying psoriasis itch on my foot. if you have psoriasis, you know hahaha.
I have managed some nights, when I do get into it, I seem to wake up after one hour. I shall not give in.
As my binge eating has been taking over, and I so desperately need to stop.

I've been listening to it every night for 4 weeks and I can honestly say that I have not lost any weight. I'm really disappointed but will persevere for maybe 1 more week. There are others I intend to try. Hopefully one of them will work.

I think I am losing weight because I am listening to this track, along with other stuff. But I wonder if it's because of it that I am having nightmares about my past... It's terrible...
Hypnosis can sometimes have this effect - maybe it's not the right thing for you at present.

I lost weight. And I stopped eating snacks and was more in to making me a healthy dinner instead of eating other not healthy things in front of my TV.💖
