    Been listening for 2 weeks, and no longer crave sugar and making healthy food choices. It's definitely working. I was a serious binge eater. And I've not had one binge ❤

    I have been searching for months for the right hypnotherapy to sort out my eating problems. I have binge eating disorder and on medication but those apps do not help me. The cause of the eating is complex so had to first sort that out then am left with the bingeing. Am not obese, but about 10kg overweight, and my weight stays the same because of intermittent fasting. I do not feel any need to eat food but go on sugar or carb binges. Finally have listened to this for 4 days, lost 1.5kg and have more willpower to stop the binges. I will continue for eternity if I have to. Am really happy. Such a relief saying no to sugar.

      An update on this and am now starting Week 4 and feel such a relief. Am not craving sugar at all and my weight has dropped a total of 4.5kg. Started listening to the excercise one now as well.

    I am trying this for a month from now. I have no clue about the other comments but I am not a bot and I want to loose weight as my whole year sucked due to an accident and loosing a job and spending time to find another one....I just want spend the last two months of this year loving me and taking care of my body.

    I fall asleep listening to this on my weight loss/‘glow up’ playlist and this has helped me tremendously on reaching my goals in just a short period of time so far. My appetite has been curbed and I’ve been able to fast with success and lose weight quicker than I thought.
    Stats:
    8/7: 216 lbs
    8/8: 214 lbs
    8/10: 212 lbs
    8/11: 209 lbs
    8/13: 206 lbs
    8/14: 204 lbs

      @@HappyMindAffirmations it worked, I dropped 16 pounds, but after that I had hit a plateau. So it works, but just not sure if it will work long-term. I stopped utilizing the video in my nightly routine because of not only the plateau I had hit in my weight, but because the audio was almost intolerable to listen to in an awakened state

    I legit lost 5lbs after listening to this for 3 days. I was absolutely unable to lose a pound this past month then I start listening to this daily and bam! Can’t believe it. I’ve done nothing else different.

    I’m about to turn this on for the third night. My appetite has gone, I’m not hungry making it so much easier to make good choices. I’m also less tired and have lost 7 pounds! Can’t wait to see where I’m at after 28 days.

    Again; like your other weight loss video, while playing during my sleep I dream of a 50’s diner, seeing waitresses carrying teal blue dishes/platters of food but I never eat. However It’s a quaint feeling place, it’s a funny dream but maybe I’ll visit there again tonight. Very interesting indeed. 😀

    I don't know how in the world this works or what I even listen to after about 10 mins bc I fall asleep. I'm starting my 4th night tonight and I have felt good for the last few days. I have chocolate in my house and I haven't touched it. And I am a binger and emotional eater weighing over 350. I have got to make something happen and I pray this works.

    Day 3 I'm down 2 more lbs. (166.8lbs now 😊) I actually have energy in the morning that lasts all day, even after my 9:00 run!

      Hi Pay, it sounds like now is definitely the right time for you. You know hat you need to change. Pick one thing and cut it out/reduce it/etc for the next 10 days. Then choose another thing. Do this for the month of January and that will be 3 unhelpful things gone and you will see results and it will have felt easy.

    I did Pilates and a pump weight lifting 🏋🏼‍♀️ class last week And pump yesterday, then walked 1:11 minutes! Im proud of myself for doing this. Now to add in more self care stretching at night and kundalini ❤11 minutes or more each week.

    Over the last 4.5 months, I have lost 70lbs. Although I have listened to several tracks, this one has been my go-to for the last month and a half.
    I have about 70 more pounds to go to get to my “ideal” weight and I plan to keep this as my consistent bedtime track.

      I've found that I have to convince my subconscious that I AM IN CHARGE, and that this is what I believe is right and what I truly want, to improve my quality of life.... Believing that it works is key. Have you thought of using some counseling and prayer to reduce resistance? It's a slow process at times, but I finally started losing a bit. 5 pounds is a good starting point...

    I have been utilizing meditation and sleep hypnosis videos for several years now. I am a food addict and struggle with my weight has been tremendous over the past 10 years. Menopause does not help my dilemma any.
    I am a firm believer in the power of the mind and I know that when I stop listening to my nightly meditation for any significant length of time, I struggle more with overeating and weight gain.
    As of 11/1/24 I am back to nightly listening as I fall asleep and the subliminal messaging is working already. I feel better, more rested. I am eating less, cravings are down and I feel motivated to keep going.
    There are no miracle cures for food addiction that’s for sure, but incorporating daily meditation and guided meditation nightly into my routine, helps me feel optimistic.

      Lost a total of 4 kg in 1 one month.
      Listened during sleep.
      I could easily let go of sweets and chips.
      I did get a dry mouth at night after listening but it works.

    First day after first night of listening, still gorged on the chocolate. Second night and day the same, third night and day, wow, I can't eat chocolate, sweets or cake at all! Just the thought of them makes me feel a little nauseous. I haven't been using headphones, may do so tonight. Really looking forward to seeing what happens with this after a week or two. 😍

    I just started, but I would like to suggest black screen. I lowered the brightness setting on my phone to the dimmest, but its still very bright. Especially if this is meant to be played at night. 😉

    This is wonderful! I read the transcript for this video and love the various messages in the affirmations.     I started it last night. I don't know if it will work but my subconscious was listening, I woke up when my left arm moved upward and she was saying something about our arms lol
    I fell asleep right after and we will see :) It does say to listen to eat for 28 days.

    Hello. Thank you for your videos. Is there any little chance, that you could make a hypnosis for weight loss, as you use to do - just with your Voice and without desturbing background music. I can't koncentraite to listen to your lovely, warm Voice with noise in the background... I have tinnitus which is All enough for me... Thank you. 😉

    2nd day salad for lunch, very small plate of healthy food (Chicken and Veg) for tea at 5.30. Managed all day without chocolate or snacks Then 7ish the munches started. Peach, Avocado, crisps, 1 toast, yogurt, 2 wheatabix and milk. What can I do?

    I am excited to give this a try.... but compared to other guided hypnosis sleep videos, the vocals are a little louder than normal..... I felt as though I was dreaming her talking to me rather than a subliminal message melding into my subconscious thoughts. I will definitely give it another go despite that..... keeping my fingers crossed

      with hypnosis, you hear the voices, subliminals you don't. That's why it's louder.

      I think I know what you are saying, there is a reverb, and the high frequency of the microphone are turned up a bit too much, which makes the sound very crispy even if you turn down the volume. I would also prefer if it was recorded warmer..

      This means your limiting beliefs are kicking in. You’re mine and body is trying to fight the new beliefs, sit through it breathe and take control of the cravings. Have things that are healthy and filling. Distract yourself with activities, a new hobby or even go for a walk.
      I know its not easy but you’ve got this! 🤍

    Gonna listen for 28 days and update if it works
    Day 1: didn’t binge
    Day 2: didn’t binge
    (I know it’s only been 2 days but omg istg as someone who strongly urges to binge EVERYDAY, I’ve not wanted that at all recently)
    Day 3: didn’t binge
    Day 4: didn’t binge
    Day 5: over ate but it was controlled
    Day 6: didn’t binge
    Day 7: didn’t binge
    Ahh successful week!
    It’s so weird, I think when I reach for food now, I think about how I’m going to eat a normal portion, I also have a smaller appetite, I’ve been so much more productive and doing things I used to love doing, like my hobbies that I gave up because I went into my depressive binging days.
    Hoping it stays this good for the next week! Here goes…

    I noticed that some of us are not seeing the results that this video claims to make. I listened for 28 days as instructed and did not lose weight or notice any changes in other areas of my life. Are there people who can't be hypnotized? If so, please explain why hypnosis doesn't work on us.

    It has been difficult for me to get into this a few nights, due to that most annoying psoriasis itch on my foot. if you have psoriasis, you know hahaha.
    I have managed some nights, when I do get into it, I seem to wake up after one hour. I shall not give in.
    As my binge eating has been taking over, and I so desperately need to stop.

      It is still going into your subconscious even if you fall asleep. It will still work

    Maybe you could do a program that's only 1 and half hr long. After 11/2 I get restless. Sorry I get acid reflux doesnt help. This is my3 ed night

    I’m very happy my doctor told me this might be helpful and is definitely better than what I was doing before

      I've been listening to it every night for 4 weeks and I can honestly say that I have not lost any weight. I'm really disappointed but will persevere for maybe 1 more week. There are others I intend to try. Hopefully one of them will work.

      I can tell you , it works, I am from Sweden..I have not listen to this one yet but another one she has done.
      I lost weight. And I stopped eating snacks and was more in to making me a healthy dinner instead of eating other not healthy things in front of my TV.💖
