    This really does work. I began listening to this meditation about 8 months ago. I went from 217 lbs to now 143 lbs. I (obviously) changed my eating habits and began exercising, but I credit this meditation for giving me self control, and that mind-over-matter feeling. I now listen to his I AM affirmations every night and it has truly been life changing. Dauchsy you are doing more than you know, thank you!

      @@fraboil Yeah it does, you just listen and losing weight wow ;-; you can go on a diet but you don't have to, and you can do workouts it will speed the procesing :) but if you want, you don't have to.

      @@charlottegriffiths9980 it only works if you go into it with a positive can do attitude. Someone can GIVE you a great job, but you have to do the work to keep it.
      Someone can GIVE you a beautiful home, but YOU have to do the work to keep it beautiful.
      It's no different with weight... you were not born 25 or 50lbs overweight. Sooo if you follow the attitude of the others NOPE ot will do nothing for you.
      I for one came in here just looking for support while I worked on losing weight. I did lose 30lbs. I kept 20 off over the last 18 months... now I'm back to focus on getting that plus more... GONE.
      So nothing works unless you do.
      This message is for anyone needing to hear it... nothing is free & easy.

    I have been doing this for a month, I have loss the urge to constantly snack. I choose pickles over chips or fruit over cake. I have lost 16 pounds total. I said I would wait to leave a review and I truly must say this works! I go to sleep with my ear plugs in every night. I wish I could get my money back from all the weight loss pills I have purchased over the years!

    This works!! I am a sugar addict/night eater/stress eater, I fall asleep to this every night and it’s almost weird the next day when I’m not thinking about sugar or food all day! I notice when I stop listening to it for a couple of nights the cravings come back! This has really helped me and I fall asleep 5-10 minutes into it!

      Sugar turns on hunger..it sends a message to the brain that you're hungry when you were not. If you only grab a fruit when you crave sugar, it'll satisfy the craving but it's not the unhealthy sugar.

    Yo I am a pretty logical guy lol. I say this because when I first saw the video in my recommendation I laughed. I only gave it a try because of some comments with huge claims. Well here I am two weeks later and about 12 pounds lighter. I kid you not!! My circle of friends are confused as well. Call it placebo effect, be skeptical like I was but don’t say it doesn’t work lol!

      White Cat Initially nothing but I noticed after a few days I was drinking more water. I was also motivated to portion control but ate the same stuff. By the 3rd week I started working out.

    Today is approximately 10 days of listening. I also started weight watchers to help me. I’ve lost 3lbs in 7 days, but what’s really different is my relationship to food. I’ve never been able to diet this easily before. I give this video all the credit. I think it’s absolutely working.

    I will listen to this every night and update the day after
    Day 1: 149 lbs
    Day 2: 148 lbs. I was able to control myself from eating after 5
    Update for final weigh in after 4 months: 136. I’ll continue losing weight but I’ve decided to just update it when someone asks :)
    Update after 6 months since I last updated: I just noticed all the recent comments 😅 I will disappoint you guys but I’ll be honest. I stopped listening since I had to stop my subscription to RUclips Red and all together I stopped listening to all subliminals. I stopped trying to maintain or lose more weight. I want to get back on track now tho. As of my weight, I haven’t checked but by how the clothes feel, I gained it back. Reason is because I stopped listening. Sorry if this isn’t what you were looking for.

      I’ve been listening to it every night. I am at 144 lbs. and I had gotten off track because I’m human and temptation will always be everywhere. So I have decided to cut off sugar and bread. The first day was hard and so was today but I am starting to notice the triggers to my overeating. I’m on my second week without these things.
      1) Protein is needed. I repeat NEEDED at each meal. You’ll want to eat bread or sugar if you don’t get it.
      2) Eating an apple before a meal may help you to control what you eat or not. It didn’t work for me but I’m sure it works for others.
      3) Do not even eat a little if you know that you won’t be able to control yourself. Do NOT!!!
      4) Allow yourself to have a little of something once in a while. BUT it has to be something you really really love or something you don’t know the taste of. Basically eat it only knowing that you won’t feel bad afterwards.
      5) Eat fruits for dessert but nothing more unless it’s something that everyone would say is delicious and just a little. Limit the fruits that are too sweet or you’ll want more sugar. I noticed this today and feel bad lol.
      I’ll update when I’ve lost more weight :)

    Lost 5 llbs in a week. Probably water weight but I have not struggled with eating late at night as much, I have met my step goal daily, and have effortlessly drank more water, and not craved sweets

    I have listened to this almost 10-11 time out of 15 days . reprogramming the Sub conscience does work . Ive lost 10 pounds .by not just programming in theta stage (which is right before bed and as soon as I wake up) but by telling my self all day long “I’m healthy ,I’m healthy ,I’m healthy etc......and I can tell you I don’t even want to eat half the stuff i used to eat. And I just tell people “ im not on a diet I’m just eating healthier. I am over weight so the first few pounds will be easy . But I do eat way healthier and I don’t even think about it , I just do it. I’m getting ready to listen to it . Hope this helps any one reading comments .. oh and look up reprogramming your mind videos that will make you understand what’s going on here .. my favorite is

    Since I have been listening 👂🏾, I have lost 22 lbs. It may sound silly to those who can’t open up to the idea of positive support while sleep but for those open minded individuals try it and you will be encouraged! I’ll tell everyone I know about this positive affirmation because the people around you are whispering negative things while your sleep/awake and you wonder why you aren’t making progress!

    I'm a male, and 3 years ago when I was a freshman in highschool I was 300 pounds. Now, I am around 180. I listened to this video and started to make healthier options. But remember, change starts with YOU! You can listen to this video, sure. But it won't work unless you REALLY want to change. It might take a while, but once you start seeing those results, you won't want to stop until you reach that goal. It took me about a year and a half to lose the weight. I had some hiccups here and there, but don't get discouraged! I did lost it in some unhealthy ways. I didn't eat a lot and lost a lot of calories. DO NOT DO THIS!     I just have to say: This is doing WONDERS for me! I have listened to it for four nights, plus two more times for naps. I’ve lost six pounds since starting this video. Four days. Granted, I’m on a super-low-calorie diet for a period of time, and it’s the SUPER low calorie intake that has made me lose weight, but THIS video has empowered me to stay on track! It has changed the narrative of my mind. It’s made such an impact, and now I feel like I NEED its power every day, so I will continue to listen to it each night! Who would have guessed?! Not me!     Yes this does work!!! been listening to this every night for 4 months from Sept 2023 - Jan 2024 and I’ve lost 7.1kg (15.6 pounds). I pretty much forgot i had been listening to this track (its in a list of subliminals i listen to every night), and realised i should come back to comment here to testify this is very effective.
    I used to binge eat A LOT and i havent done so now since September. I eat healthily and also exercise regularly with ease.
    This track helps with healthy habits to come naturally to you. Just stay consistent and listen every night, the longer you do it the more results you will see.

    New update: down to 161 lbs. Still listen nightly. Update: down to 163 lbs (Pictures on fb & sign give all that info below).
    Since December I have went from 247 lbs to 191/192 lbs.(update 163 as of 8/7/19). I just stayed open minded. I even quit smoking cigarettes.

I have been trying to keep track of this spiritual/ weight loss/ mindfulness/etc journey , taking pics when I weigh myself & pics of myself every so often. Still haven't smoked a cigarette. I will be honest, I do smoke Medical Marijuana, but no cigarettes since December 22nd. December 23rd was my 1st day w/ no cigarettes! So YES Legitimately!     Ok, this is craaazzy!!! It works! I just started listening to this meditation a few days ago and i suddenly dropped 4 lbs. I am 50 and post menopausal. I struggle to lose weight. I have been stuck and could not shed any pounds no matter what. I did not change my eating pattern or activity level and then the scale went down.     I started playing this at night. I wear my air pods with noise cancelation to drown out all sounds.
    I’ve lost 6 lbs in less than 2 weeks.

    I just feel like all junk food desires have disappeared. 🤷🏻‍♀️

    I have been listening to this for the past 10 nights and I also started Ketogenic diet at the same time on 1st Oct 2021.
    I'm not sure how much I weigh before and now, because I don't have a scale but all I wanted from this sleep meditation is to suppress my unnecessary cravings like junk food, cheesecakes, and constant drinking of coffee (4-5 cups a day with cream and sugar), and chomping snacks at nights like a mouse. And so far, it works! I don't crave those things anymore. I've been good without junk food, no cheesecakes, and 2 cups of keto-friendly bulletproof coffee and no more being a mouse at night. haha. Thank you @Dauchsy. If anyone thinks this meditation or any other sleep meditation magically sheds pounds after pounds without changing any of the other aspects of the lifestyle, that would be insane. You gotta put in work too. And his soothing voice makes me fall asleep better. I go to bed with my earphones with this meditation. Good luck guys! x

    The first time i found this video in november 2018, i was 87kg. I listened to this for a week but, hey it's not magic but it did make losing weight more effortless.     After listening to this one night, the next day I attempted to eat a pie and chocolate but both was absolutely tasteless to the point I just gave it away. Instead had some fruit and veg which was really tasty. So I plan to listen again tonight.

    when i used to meditate twice a day over 7 years i was 59, 60kg i did not meditate for the last 5 years and I am by 85kg. I know from experience meditation does help with weight loss

      it does help a lot. I just found out that if you are very stressed theres more corizol in your body. This hormone is produced by stress and it makes your body put on weight as a protection. Meditation is lowering corizol levels..so you are right! :))

      Eli you’re right. If you want to look it up to learn more, the correct spelling is cortisol. But yes this is a known fact. So lowering stress will very much help with weight control.

    Been using this for about 5days now every night it’s on loop. I thought this was fake and all but I use to have this really bad habit were I would go eat cereal at night and binge eat. well I don’t ideally get the urge anymore. I also lost weight I believe from this video. However I have been eating clean and doing at least 15min hit workout plus walking the dog for 20mins. But still I had a really good sleep regardless. plus weight changes for everyone. Everyone is beautiful and wish the best for everyone❤️x

    It's been 3 days. I honestly have been exercising every day and eating majoritly healthy food. I was offers junk food and denied (which is usually really hard for me) I had belemia in the past but I am now trying to better myself and lose weight I'm healthy ways. This video really has helped me with the cravings and has even helped better my mental health and self image. I got up and exercised and I've been cleaning and doing everything I am supposed to and I have this video to thank. My depression usually makes it so difficult but with this video I have the added motivation and inner strength to try. I hope to update as I continue with this.     I lost 12pounds in 10days doing weight loss hypnosis you have to do it each day a self confidence hypnosis I think made it work even better and just knowing when it’s time to switch it up on another weight loss hypnosis audio

      Krystina Loeblein I’m 16 and I’m that kind of person that’s always studying and focusing on education. It I usually work out with a 1 mile run everyday, 1,000 sit-ups, 100 push-ups, and 500 squats. I have a gym in my house so I enjoy working out. When I was 10 I was 120 lbs but I’m currently 100 pounds and trying to stay there. For a diet I suggest mostly vegetables, no fried foods (You can have fried eggs), usually no meat but grilled chicken or baked. I loose at least 3-5 pounds a day which means I have to eat to make sure I don’t loose to much weight. I don’t recommend my workout but I say that you should minimise the amount of the workouts and try it out.

    This is the first guided meditation I ever tried but I have a lot of experience with meditative breathing in yoga classes. Amazing. I sent my son off to college and started listening to it 3 - 4 times a week over a few month period. Not only did I fall asleep more quickly but it lead me to ultimately happen on Intermittent Fasting and I am now back to my Pre Baby, even Bridal weight.
    My advice to others, dream big. I envisioned a weight number that I thought was out of my reach at 50 yrs old, but I got there and even more. He says that the process will feel effortless and it did.

    I never have motivation to eat less or work out but since I started listening to this meditation since november 2019 I lost 9 kilograms in 4 months. This is the only meditation that works for me and believe me I have tried a lot. While I was in quarantine I gained 4 kilograms but this will not stop me from getting back to my workouts. You can do this!

    Hi, I’m going to try and update every week!
    Weight: 164.6lb
    Goal: 150 maybe even 140
    Hight: 5’6”
    Age: 16
    I will be listening on loop overnight if I don’t forget, I will also be exercising a little and eating slightly healthy but I might cheat a bit!... I am also using a metabolism booster too.
    Day 1: 163.6 which is good considering I ate like crap yesterday!

    I’m currently 131 my Goal is 120 I do little exercise and don’t eat a lot, I’ll update when I see changes 💜🔮

      Update- no weight loss yet (obviously it’s only been a day ) but I did wake up feeling very happy and energetic normally I wake up feeling like going back to sleep 😂
      The feeling carried throughout the day as well I felt very happy and I found it easier to put down unhealthy food I passed by a Taco Bell and didn’t pull in

      It’s been a week I’ve lost 3 pounds and I feel very refreshed and happy when I wake up and I’ve fallen asleep faster normal it takes me an hour to fall asleep but I fall asleep within 10 minuets at the most with this 😊

    When you think you don’t need it anymore….keep going. Or if you decide you REALLY don’t need it anymore. Revisit it a couple times every few weeks. You see changes quickly but they don’t last as a long term habit without the focus and dedication of listening every single night and then actually TRYING to apply it the next day. It’s amazing. I lost 30lbs. Feeling like this was just my new life and I love it.

    I've been losing weight since the beginning of this year. I managed to lose 30 pounds, but I've recently hit a plateau and find myself either staying the same weight week after week, or gaining some back (though I truly think it's mostly water weight). At this point, I'm ready to try meditation along with the eating changes and workouts I've been doing.

    Day 4- forgot to weigh myself

    This really works!! Helps a ton with self control and hunger throughout the day!!! I don’t even want to eat sometimes!! Easily staying under my calorie allotment for the day!

    I credit this meditation for my loss of 25lbs. These affirmations are to encourage a new mindset around losing weight and eating. That to me is by far more important than following a strict diet that my mind doesn’t want to do. YOU have control over your actions this mediation isn’t magic YOU have to do the work.
