The Ghost car could be useful in difficult missions since your car is almost all proof so bulletproof, damage proof and fireproof apart of the water too and the homeless people is a classic you can get more molotovs for free without need to buy in Shoreside Vale if needs or not, it can be useful for hard missions likewise.
That's true about the ghost car! But remember, once you get out of the car, you can't get in again. You must create another ghost car. And yeah, with homeless people you can get also infinite molotovs for free basically, haha.
