I had a minor heart attack when I searched for the video and it didn’t show up, I’ve been listening to this audio for almost 4 years straight every night, glad I found it again. My ears ring really bad and this audio silences it and allows me to sleep.

This reminds me of a cross-country camping trip I went on as a teenager in the 1970s we would be in our tents and hear the semi trucks coming and going from far away and it would lull us to sleep. Now I am dependent on it for sleeping. Many thanks.
When I was little I used to live in an apartment next to the road so every night I heard car passing, and the rain makes me feel more comfortable to be in bed, feels protected and relaxed, it was the only moment in my childhood that actually made me feel good
When I was about 4 years old there was a time I stayed at my grandma’s apartment and she left the window slightly open. You could hear every car pass by and it was just so relaxing. I would do so much just to go back to that moment one more time.
@@colinnely Sounds like you have similar happy memories to mine; I was being baby sat by my Aunt and Uncle, and they lived right on a busy city street. So every time I went to bed there, I would listen to those wheels slushing their way up and down the street, and I think it's because our primitive part of our brain likes that sound as it is similar to hearing what we heard while in our mothers' womb. Sorry I know that's a roundabout way of saying it, but I hope you get what I mean.
Me too this is the answer to a quick nittynie but when your driving these hypnotic sounds are a killer. But I'm canning apples it keeps my mind from drifting off
