How about a light rail system for Vegas? Last big city to have a light rail system!

  • @Kbarboza94

Build an amusement park with record breaking rollercoasters. Or a water park again!

Wow they are going to build a hotel there??? How original, so inspirational

  • @JaxsynBunker

They give this announcement for every single new project in vegas💀

  • @Cyrus992

Lots of recent projects such as Dream, Majestic, Harmon, Bluetech and many others haven’t gone anywhere

  • @BassedInVegas

Ohhh goody,,, a possible NBA arena = rents and housing prices skyrocketing even more.

  • @mlauren629

    Every developer says that. 😂

  • @rtyughvbn12

    Vegas needs more water.

  • @dobees8183

Maybe a huge city park with desert plants and trees or a trollie system maybe even affordable housing with shops around them would be nice, Vegas has enough luxury hotels and casinos don’t ya think ?

  • @Me97202

It’s irresponsible to keep building these unsustainable desert cities.

  • @onetruekeeper

If developers build expensive residential highrises, Las Vegas will become a ghost town. Everyone will leave due to increased rental payments and low paying jobs. The only reason people are flocking to LV is that cost of living is cheaper than in other cities.

  • @robertsilvestro9264

Didn’t vegas learn anything from 08

  • @erika8884

More road closures and cones ahead.

  • @Vibez325

They are missing something obvious that would make Vegas better which would be the reopening of speed the ride (they could possibly put it next to the arena)

  • @fixpacifica

Jeez, traffic is so bad there. LV needs to start building out a better public transit system.

  • @wtfa2910

Could it be possible that Las Vegas could possibly host an Olympics

Since Brightline is building a new high speed rail system that's always touted for connecting Southern California to the Las Vegas strip why don't they use this lot to, oh I don't know, build a high speed rail station that will drop passengers off on the strip!?!?!?
