Oooh, these look yummy. I have everything but the lemon zest (I do have two bags of lemon juice in the freezer with the zest though) and the coconut milk. Could I just use regular milk and use some of the zest I have frozen from my lemons that were once fresh? I never thought to put these two flavors together. One last question. I'm not a fan of AB. What other frosting would you recommend for these?
We would recommend substituting the coconut milk for another planet based milk if possible, especially soy as it most closely matches the creaminess of coconut milk. And yes, you can use your frozen zest, just make sure to thaw it before using it! I'm not exactly sure what you mean by AB. Can you be more clear?

I have asked this site 3 times and no answer. Ingredients are expensive and I want to make Anna's delicious recipes correctly but will refrain from doing so until I figure out the flour.
