I don't think I'll actually be reviewing Back 4 blood, I just don't want to spend money on something that looks mediocre
Now Earthfall was indeed mediocre but I got it for free from an humble bundle.
Maybe I should start requesting review copies? I've got more subs than this game had peak players lmao.

The whole game feels like somebody played a match of l4d and went "I can make a game like this, how hard can it be?"
Turns out, rather hard.
But you know what's easy? Writing character
You just read the dialogue out loud and if it doesn't make you want to jump into a horde of flesh-eating aliens then it's passable.
I guess that was too much to ask.
But still whoever made the UI, coded the game, modeled the weapons and animated the enemies did a fine job.
not a perfect job but adequate enough for me to say thy don't belong with whoever wrote Jonas.
The problem lies with whoever designed the enemy, levels, guns, and character.

if it were a FLC I would have but as a DLC I'm never going to recommend it, too overpriced.
The mythical units *Might* make battles more interesting but all the other complaints I had about the campaign and the AI would still be there.
I agree L4D is a terrible Earthfall ripoff.
