Thanks, it depends on only buying/ first time buyer/ new house/ old house/ selling and then buying.. as surveys and searches takes time… if you are first time buyer and buying a new build then its pretty quick.. it can be done in a month or less other wise can take around 2-3 months

Bro it took little more than 2 months and yes as part of solicitor process all surveys were done
