    I gave in to the temptation and picked up my tablet again, but it's o.k.because I'm just gonna blame it on you and this awesome content.
    I've been using artificial intelligence to help with my seriously bad case of procrastination. I got it to remind me of my daily routine as and when I'm supposed to do stuff, and just in case I don't listen to a word she says (which is often!) I've got A.I. generated recordings I can just play to remind me of what to do. It's made such a difference! I'm really on it now (sort of! 😏).
