Let's get rid of the chicken wing forever. You know how folding your arm after contact causes inconsistent contact, loss of speed, and the feeling of forcing the shot. I give you 2 sure fire ways to "extend" and kick the chicken wing forever.
I look forward to working with you much more in the future with Top Speed Golf. Good luck with your golf.

Brilliant Clay. Thanks. I have a slight chicken wing and I'm thinking this will do the trick.
Appreciate the great drills...been struggling with this for some time.
No problem Ronald! Thanks for watching!
This was great! Perfect analysis of my current swing. Will be working on drill to get new muscle memory on follow through.
Thanks Ed!
Exceptionally well done.
Glad to see that hat back. Thanks for the Vids, they are helpful
No problem John! Thanks for watching!
That’s a great video regarding chicken wing! I have had chicken wing problem since I played golf 5 years ago 😢
I hope this helps you out!
Definitely need to add this drill
Wish you did in person lessons here in lake Mary
Top Speed Golf certified instructor Robin Rosado does do lessons though! topspeedgolf.com/in-person-lessons-with-robin-rosado/ He's located in the Orlando area. We also have online video lessons with our instructors as well topspeedgolf.com/get-unlimited-swing-reviews-improve-faster/
Great Video and thank you. Just one question has a certisn type of grip got a bearing on the chicken wing. Eg does it perhaps favour a stronger grip rather than neutral or weaker?
Grip doesn't play a role with this issue. I'd focus on what Clay mentions in the video if you struggle with a chicken wing. If you're interested, here is a video where Clay discusses the grip: ruclips.net/video/TdDABvOU83I/видео.html Play well! Nate | TSG Instructor
Great drill!
Thanks Dennis!
Always love your videos your my number 1 guy to watch, and I’m guessing you wear that hat because of skin cancer.
Keep up the good videos 👍🏌🏼
Thanks Dennis!
Your videos are awesome... This is my biggest issue
Thanks!
Tks❤
My pleasure!
Explains my issue exactly. Only question, this looks like a perfect solution and drill for driver, does the same apply for irons, moreso around the extension aspect, (pushing up and clearing the space) when you're trying to 'cover the ball' more? Hope that makes sense
Yes, the swing is the same for all clubs. Best of luck! Nate! | TSG Instructor
Is this the same with irons
tried this today it definitely help with the feel but still seeing a chicken wing in video of myself. this wing thing is STUBBORN.
Great job! Keep it up and I'm sure you'll get there!
hmmmm...Ping driver with Titleist head cover.
Haha! 😂 Good eye. Clay has since replaced his clubs and the headcovers match the clubs. Play well! Nate | TSG Instructor
The body doesn’t rotate because of the excessive flexion in the body - mostly in the thorax - arms can’t extend because the swing center being too close to the ball so the arms have to flex because of the lack of space so they can’t extend or the club would crash into the ground!
If the body extends it forces the arms to extend to reach the ball. Basically it’s a result of mathematical calculations and biomechanics.
You cannot have extension in arms if the spine, hips, torso, pelvis, and thorax doesn’t extend because it won’t have the room to do so.
HI David, thanks for sharing your insights. Hope you're playing great! Quentin | TSG Instructor

I don’t ‘play!’
Horrible tendency of mine!!
I hope this helps!
