    With a Minn Kota Endura Max 45 at 12V and CATL LiFePO battery (300AH) you can run wide open for 4.5+ hours. I bet that's better than 20 miles of range for you. With the motor you have you could run wide open for 9+ hours. Awesome project again BTW.

    Are you worried about the lag bolts ripping out of kayak?

    • @334tacticaloutdoors

      No they hold extremely well. The luggage style handles that you pick the kayak up with is only held with 4 small screws.

    Great video. I see that this video is over two years old. Unless you have changed the mount, how has it held up over the years? Is there anything you would change to the design?

    • @334tacticaloutdoors
      @334tacticaloutdoors  Год назад

      No this mount still holds up great, the only thing I would change from this video is I would use 1/2” HDPE instead of that cutting board. Other than that nothing.

      This is definitely a Great Kayak. I'm 220 5'10" and I feel more stable on this one than I did on my last cheap A Sundolphin lol. I stand on it but definitely haven't tried rocking it like he does lol.

      There is a lock on the pedals you have to remove the pedal and knock the lock off of it.

      @@334tacticaloutdoors so appreciate you prop response. I m not sure just how to remove the pedal. Is there a video on this procedure.?

    • @334tacticaloutdoors
      @334tacticaloutdoors  2 года назад

      You have to remove the track the pedal is on that whole assembly comes out together. Where you see the pull slide to adjust the pedal that is attached to the lock it’s about 3” long you have to pop it out. There’s a couple videos on RUclips.
