We are bringing you another absolutely incredible bike which you could WIN, this Trek Supercaliber which is built up with a full Shimano XTR groupset, LTD edition 'Podium Gold' FOX 32SC forks, Crankbrothers Synthesis 11 XCT wheelset, Pirelli Scorpion RC XC LTD edition tyres and so much more whilst being protected with a full RideWrap kit.

What’s the point of putting a handlebar with rise on it together with that negative angle stem
Different shape and also riser bars offer different feeling of comfort and ride characteristics to flat bars
Who makes those top caps? And is the gold a pretty good match for the fox factory forks?

That bikes cockpit sure is a rats nest of cables. Too bad Shimano does not offer wireless Di2 12 speed MTB group set. Otherwise a fantastic XC bike.

I'm pretty picky with saddles and I love them, I run them on all my bikes
@@GeeMilner After deciding between the SDG, WTB and Ergon, I went with this one, but maybe it's just not for me or my butt shape. Regardless if i ride with or without padded shorts, after riding more than 2 hours, my legs feel numb and my in-between area hurts. Of course, everyone's mileage may vary.

There is nothing I hate more in this world than seeing an XCO bike with stem spacers and double rise handlebars.
The combination of the stem and handlebars seems a little unfortunate to me. We are dealing with a 100% XCO bike. You put a stem with a negative inclination, but you put separators in the direction; When you put a stem with a negative inclination it is because you are looking for the most racing position on the bike possible, that is, you are looking for the handlebar to be as low as possible, but in the end you ruin everything by putting a double height handlebar. Remove those headset spacers and put on a flat handlebar
Thanks for watching. For sure these things are rider personal preference and yes I personally run my XC bike slammed but that isn't what everyone wants. There are ride characteristic differences between flat bars and riser bars, it's not just about the height.
Also this bike is a competition bike so we left room on the steerer to enable the new owner to choose whatever height they want, not everyone wants to run a slammed bike!
