I am amazed by the way in which you make these processes seem simple. I am of an age when written instructions to accompany them would make them so much accessible to me.
Meanwhile the old paper and pencil scribblings will have to suffice. You are a tremendous teacher, thank you for sharing your secrets. Alma

Love your videos, they have been super helpful. I'm a rare to occasional PS user and have always struggled, as in taking way to long to do something simple in PS. Maybe you've already done a video on this, but I seem to confuse myself when I try to combine the ideas (layers) from 2-3 of your videos. Maybe a video on how to use layers to accomplish multiple tasks. For example This video separates the Foreground from the background, but I seem to get lost when I try to apply this and then go on to the steps in hair masking or some other video/task. :)

can you tell me after 'select the subject', how can I save the cut out subject so that I get the contour of the cut out subject only for me to send it to cut on a vinyl on a plotter? Because if I save it as PNG or JPG, I still have the invisible background on CorelDraw for example.

I like how you used non-destructive editing when cutting out the subject. Though you didn't do that with the background, you also made a copy so that's not really a problem.
I don't own CC, but I hear content aware is so much better in CC than it is in CS6. ... I wonder if it's possible to create a plug-in to make content aware better.

@@PhotoshopTrainingChannel i have little trick about the shadow as you do it in this videon pleaseeee try it ,first duplicate the peraon then put the layer under the original person layer and fill it to black then transform the shadow how you want it to be on the ground then transform it and drag it out of sight not disabling it ! Just transform it where you cant see it then double click on it and choose shadow you will see the shadow is far try to find it and here you go you have a shadow with settings like size and spread and others

What was the reasoning behind expanding the selection by so many pixels? You didn’t really touch on why. Doesn’t the expansion of the pixels stick out when you move the selection around? The video was awesome btw, I’m just wondering about the expansion. Thanks....

Awsome video my friend! I have a question, when i come to the step "content aware" i could not find that option. It only has the "background color, foreground color, color, pattern, history, black, 50%gray and white" I'm runing the cs3 extended. Should this be a matter of version? Thank you very much for your video and for your time!

Had a little problem with the puppet warp tool. I went in the tool and the 1st thing I saw was like the quick mast tool kind of deal. (Q) About 1/2 hour trying to get my work area to look like Jesus. I solved the issue. The runner has to be actively selected before going into Puppet Warp.
