honestly, I do think we need more lore representation for valorant. Its nice to see your finally shedding some light into them~
I do not see having representation as a "must have" in a game. In a sense it flips things around- good lore/ characters lets us identify with anything, but if I start game and demanding it to have something for me is kinda whack

well compared to league lore, valorant lore is kinda empty since the game is kinda new
The lore people like: Skye stabbing and shooting people in the forest.
The lore I like: Omen sending a voicemail saying "oh- sorry Brimstone, I meant to contact Fade. Goodbye."
There was also that thing: Sova apologizing to Brim for spilling blood somewhere inside the base after he got hurt while training. Not because its painful for him, but because it's a slipping hazard and somebody could fall.

Some corrections:
KAY/O is not from THE future, he's from A future where the Radiant War happened, so the Radiant War didn't necessarily break out in this timeline.
Fracture is confirmed to be set entirely on Alpha Earth. Scientists from Omega Earth travelled to Alpha through the teleport terminal in A main. The biome split is the result of the nature of the experiments conducted at Fracture.
The blueprints Alpha Chamber received from Omega Chamber was for the portal, not the collider.
The thing in the middle of Fracture is the Radianite Collider itself, not a portal.
There is no evidence that Yoru's mask is from anywhere else other than his lineage. I believe you came to your conclusion after hearing "dimensional scarring on the sides" of the red ship near Icebox B site, but it showed the ship went through a rift from Japan to Siberia(where Icebox is located) instead.

I always wondered do you think Fracture's two biom is the result of Radianite exposure. Green(Alpha) Radianite made nature, Orange (Omega) Radianite takes it away. On Haven defense spawn there is a Green Radianite box which overgrown by basalt columns which Harbour refers as "formed naturally". It can make sense why Omega Earth has Natural disasters. Omega Radianite by existing killing its surroundings.
The fact that Agents have their own goals that can lead to really interesting mind games between Agents:
KAY/O seems unaware of Yoru and judges his threat level based on performance of their own Yoru or even Fade talking about weakness of enemies that she learnt from haunting their dreams.

You forgot to mention that Astra' s Gauntlet, Yoru's mask and Harbor's bracelet are Guardian Artifacts and that's what explains how an ancient mask contains radianite.

There is one correction tho, KAY/O didn't come from the future of Alpha Earth, but instead he's from an alternate universe. He stopped the Radiant Wars in his timeline and used the teleporter to travel to different timeline(s) to prevent the Radiant Wars. Not sure if Alpha is the first timeline he traveled to after stopping the RW in his universe, or whether he's stopped the RW in other timelines already.
This means that not only is there a mirrorverse, but there's also a whole multiverse out there (outright stated later by Harbor that Lotus is the multiverse nexus) Anyway, great vid :)

@@pedroholanda7795 one of the meanings of the word 'nexus' is 'central point' so I'm guessing the multiverse nexus on Lotus is like a hub for travel between multiverses
I like this new necrit direction with explaining other games lore aswell. Before, I watched every 10th video or so, now I am awaiting every upload to tune in.

I adore how Riot flash out Valorant charachters: cinematics, voice mails, in-game dialogue, etc. They all have their own goals, ideals and personalities, and they interact in interesting ways. I'm also waiting for more alpha-omega agent interactions with themselves, because so far we've only seen Chamber and kinda Phoenix, plus some voicelines.
Also I want more Sova and Cypher in cinematics, because so far they didn't have a lot of screentime, and they're my absolute favourites from the whole cast.
P. S. I think it was Harbor, Astra and Skye exploring Lotus, not KJ? Might be wrong, but I'm pretty sure Skye was involved.

she was behind astra and harbour as u can hear in the voicemail when she's completely murdering people to buy them time to get to the city, pretty sure she just caught up with them after the cinematic
Valorant lore still has so much to tell, finally you are picking it up, I hope you do regular Valorant lore update and videos just like you do with League, with the introduction of Guardians race in Valorant I think there is a possibility Valorant universes have relations with League universes eventually. Imagine Dark Stars, Cosmic from League
I would absolutely love to watch more in depth on the Valorant lore. Already this video showed me a lot I missed, and unfortunately, since they chose the updating format, it is very hard to catch up if you miss anything
There's a RUclipsr that covers Valorant's lore super well, I think he's called SirJeppy, I binge watched his playlists one by one 😆 I recommend starting with the map lore playlist first and then the cinematics, it's really addictive 🙌🏼
@@sanmononoke7764 Oof I wouldn't recommend him as a good source for Valorant lore. He's like the old Necrit who keeps theorizing stuff then acclaim his theory are close to canon, make it confusing to their fanbase. Cynprel was a waaaay better lore master for Valorant but now he left RUclips platform to work at Riot for Valorant narrative team. Also Sir Jeppy really sucks at connecting lore hints and always misunderstood them somehow :/ You should always take his opinions with a grain of salt.
@@ChubbyChoncc it's true that he's bad at connecting hints sometimes, I'd be yelling at the screen like "OH MY GOD NO THIS IS CONNECTED TO THAT!!?" 😂😂 But I think his map lore playlists were pretty on point and explained a lot of stuff pretty well, plus he always covers The Range updates in case I miss them so he's my go-to :x

throughout my Valorant experience I'm just very glad at how well Killjoy is treated writing-wise, she's been given just enough to really shine into becoming my main character, not too little detail that she would go unnoticed, but not also too much where other people would suddenly feel like she's Riot's next Lux.
Yoru’s mask helps him see in his blue dimension, it’s implied that his ancestors, who also have rift walking abilities(they have radiant powers in Edo period, before the First light event so think about that), tried to transport the warship but got lost due to the mask somehow missing, which makes it so his ancestors can’t see the surroundings and is probably afraid to come out of it(probably the best choice cuz as you can see they’ve blindly sailed to S22 and would froze to death if they came out)
Necrit could explain the lore of the phonebook and I'd watch

Kayo is from an alternate universe, not from the future, time travelling isn't a thing yet (so far) in the game. This is why in one of his voice recordings from the range, he thought that the Brimstone would somewhat recognize him as a friend since they worked together in his original universe

would be cool if, when you do lore on a new universe, you shoutout a content creator who is doing the lore of that universe so we can go deeper if we want. I know we can just search ourselves but it would help grow other communities and get us interested in the lore of different games which benefits everyone.

One of the things I feel is important that you missed is that Earth 2 has issues with radianite which is why they were coming over with spikes in the duality cinematic
Now i cant stop but imagine how much stuff they will put in mmo for us to explore and see the subtle changes in key map points on runeterra
Just things to clear
1. Yoru's ancestors' samurai masks were already infused with radianite before it fell into the hands of Kingdom. It's similar to Astra and Harbor's "artifacts"
2. Fracture wasn't split into two by choice, it looked like that only after the Chambers
3. I think Kay/O is from an alternate universe
4. It wasn't stated as to how Fade was initially hunting them, she didn't know there were two Valorant Protocols. At least with Alpha Fade, the protocol kidnapped someone close to her and she thought it was alpha Valorant.

When it comes to technological advances, I think Kingdom Industries is more advanced because they're more aggressive which implies they have done more drastic and inhumane experiments and research in order for them to get more results than their counterparts... Which makes them focus more on the results rather than making profit which the Kingdom Corporation is doing, like quantity vs quality...

I think more lore on this game would be good, maybe explain the reason why the two sides are fighting, what the valorant protocol is and stuff like that
Most of it is well explained. The two sides are fighting because omega earth's sea level rised and the former citys have to be protected from the water with geo globes which are basically a life support system. To power these up they use radianite but they are running out so they sent their agents to steal the radianite off alpha earth with the spike.
Talking about what the Valorant protocol is exactly would take too long but to put it simple: Its their job to make sure that the radianite doesnt fall into false hands
All of this is already explained in the lore
also in the future where Kayo is from. the reason why Brim was alive 200 years in the future was because not only is there a mirrorverse but there is a multiverse

I'm not sure that u got Kayo's lore right, i think its commonly believed that kayo coms from the future, but from the near future of alternative universe, its hinted in few of his voice lines. And the existence of multiverse (mirrorverse is basically a special variation of multiverse, most likely existing only for aplha earth universe, like some kind of multiverse degenration) is hinted on Pearl in the museum.
Edit: Or after finishing watching the video, you maybe just didnt want to complicate it for the sake of it being quite quick paced

Pick LoR cards and delve deep into the lore of who/what they are giving about five minutes or so per card. Can do random stuff, or more focused like Xolaani and all her followers.
would love more deeper valorant lore (originally i hoped it would be runetera in the future (due to the scuttle parts), dont think it is so anymore though sadly, would have loved for it to be but who knows its still possible, would also give them a good reason to make an valorant event or expansion in legends of runetera similiar to kda back in the day or bigger)

VALORANT's lore is soooo good, the way it progresses and is shown through interactive details in the maps and the range is is just awesome, I can appreciate it way more that League's lore just because it's so interactive, even though it's not as exapanded 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

what you didn't mention is also that reyna seems to already be starting her revolt against humans. There was a message once where chamber was telling neon, right as she joined, that reyna wants to meet with her. the running theory is that reyna was recruiting her or turning her to her side.

wait that last part was not on the visions Cinematic, so the Astra harbor duo on visions are from the omega side, and the jett, sage, kj, raze and fade were alpha agents waiting on ambush on the omega side.
I still want to know what the guardians actually ate. Currently we have three agents that are connected to the guardians. Astra, Harbor and Yoru. Astra said something weird in the cinematic she said “they worked together guardians and people” this implies that the guardians aren’t entirely human. I’m wondering if Astra, Harbor and Yoru are all human but simply blessed by the guardians. Or maybe something else
As far as I know: Astra is a guardian but has no clue what to do with that, yoru and harbor are just humans who use guardian artifacts
@@PandaxMizukii I dont think so, because her gauntlet was shown detached from her in one of the player cards. It was also stated that she gained her powers in the lake
@@PandaxMizukii yoru is a radiant even without the mask. The mask upgraded his abilities though (he can breathe in the void with it)

All these things like radianite giving people powers and aliens called guardians sound a lot like Destiny.
In Destiny, the main theme is that The Traveler, a mysterious planet-like entity that gives powers to whom it deems worthy, channels it's power through ghosts, which are sentient little robot companions. These "ghosts" are basically shards of the Traveler that were made to resurrect people and grant them powers, thus they can become the Travelers chosen or in other words, Guardians.
I know they are a 100% not related in any way but I think it's cool to think about it.

you can probably do lore overviews of the different maps maybe not all but ib and pearl have a lot that you werent able to cover. especially pearl. the museum on B site has loads of clues and hints of where the story is going
