Someone told me, ideal Said you should do flue integrity from the rubber plug underneath the boiler..

...there used to be a rubber plug on top of the boiler, to the right of the flue elbow. Ive not seen one underneath

Is that an opening within 300mm of flue outlet?

I think its just a mark on it. Ive re watched but can't really tell to be honest. I didn't notice it at the time...
