Naima Ayed if you have a big belly like me abs will not come in a week. What happens is your belly fat decreases and stretches less than normal. But still have a long way to go

Day 1 its painfulll and im tired hhh Damn i forgot to update but ive been doing this challenge and its great my stomach is much flatter theres not much fat left i also had to drink more water stop drinking sodas and have healthies teas and drinks infused with ginger
Excellent question - Katie. This is mainly for toning. For fat loss, I recommend combining with some of the fat burning workouts on my channel. I have quite a few of those 🤗
