So...did anybody else notice that when Ellie was in the hospital and Carl came to visit, she slightly touched the tie on Carl's neck because Carl finally made one without her help? 😞
Omg I did not realise that wow. That's so sad. This is the last time ellie will do her time.
WOW, EXCUSE ME WHILES I CONTINUE TO CRY :(
Please
Why did you comment this...I now I'mma cry even more when I watch this.
I broke.
the guy who said “i found my ellie in a sense” WOW KEEP HIM GIRL
My boyfriend sees me as his Ellie.
I see him as my Carl.
Facts
@@padmeskywalker1537 I hope you’re both well
One of the greatest opening sequences of any movie ever, and it's a KIDS ANIMATION MOVIE. Masterful, pure, and simply extraordinary.
Toy Story
Monster's Inc.
UP
Coco
Best animated movies ever made!
Well it's a family film.
I correct you: It's a movie for *ALL* 😉👍🏻
LOSERS*SAY*WHAT u forgot about wall-e my guy
@@ohmyhunterz6684 Wall-e is amazing! But UP challenges a young audience in a way no other movie would dare.
Its when she gives him the book on her death bed that hits me. "I've loved you dearly. Now its your adventure." God what a brilliant sequence.
she knows her husband will resent himself because he can’t bring her to paradise falls, and she left the book to cheer him up and said that she had best adventures in the world.
*when you wanna watch people cry for your own enjoyment*
But end up crying too :'(
Your profile picture fits perfectly
Well....it normal right??
Yup
Lpl
I didn't cry until the guy said "I found my Ellie" 😭💕
I STILL MANAGED TO CRY HOW THE
IKR
That means your heart is still working as intended
What makes this opening so amazing is because it’s real. All those picture perfect romances and such you see on TV don’t really depict reality. Having been married 10 years and together 13 I can tell you their lives is how it really is.
plus they don’t need to be rich and have the luxurious things to be happy, just each other.
I'm not the least bit romantic so why does this story always make me cry? I really do mean always.
The power of brilliant storytelling
me crying despite the fact that there’s no music
Me too Kassie, me too
Pixar needs to make Carl and Ellie an entire movie
I promise you that's gonna sweep the Oscars
They do, they really do
@@franciskaranja9293 really??
Yes
I’m late but if you’re interested there is this animated movie called Ethel and Ernest it’s basically the opening scene the movie
They already did. It was ten-minute long.
it's one of the best told 12 minutes in cinema history
Me crying because of the fact that I still haven't found my Ellie 💔
This film was extraordinary beautiful
This movie is an emotional rollercoaster
"Train To Busan" (2016): Let me introduce myself...
That's the romcom movies I like to see.... doesn't MATTER even if they are animated. In fact animated movies are perhaps better suited for that
I hope the new generation learn the value of life from this movie, it’s so beautifully mastered and wrote! If this movie was out when I was a kid I would of seen things a lot more clearly 😔
Why would you replace the masterful music? That’s literally what makes the scene
i agree, but it might be because of the cc :(
Still cried without the music 😢
And if you didn't cry enough then, it gets you again near the end of the film when he looks at there adventure book, and Ellie tells him to go and his own adventure, amazing 😪❤️
You have another Pixar fan in your group, guys😍❤💕
People in these videos: I'm not gonna cry
Me: still crying after I've seen the movie 60 times
Im watching this thousand times and Im still crying is it normal? Idk what Im doing
It is normal. I don`t even need to watch it, thinking about it is enough...
When I saw the death scene I just felt some goosebumps, and a small part of me die in the sad ness thing I just looked up to stop the tear from dropping.
I'm not even 5 seconds in and I'm starting to get emotional just thinking about it
I have something in my eye that’s all
Eyeballs?
Pupils?
If I had seen this in the theatre, and the movie had stopped right after the opening sequence.... I would have thought I got my money's worth. Great movie
NEVER FAIL TO MAKE ME TEAR
That part was very sad ☹️😭 also it hits me every time
up made so emotional crying
Its been many years since ive seen the movie and it still makes me cry
Edit:i miss my childhood
the music played in my head and i cried
Its the animated scene paired with the brilliant composition of Married Life from Michael Giacchino, that just gets me.
I cries on the music beacuse it remind me of the memories :(
This always get me bro I seen the movie so much and it sad
Beatiful
I showed this to my 6 year old brother and he didn't feel anything. while I saw it twice and had to hold back the tears
Me crying even without music and without a boyfriend but still crying 😭
You gotta need years of preparing if you wanna see this without crying.
One of my friend is exactly like the 'guy', sadly enough he's is left heart broken many times. Still, he didn't changed. 🤧
His arm broke... That's awesome
I can’t cry there’s no sad music
I think this movie was created for kids just to tell them the future of your life and also to never stop beliving in your dreams like Carl did
They just keep the balloons coming!!!
I was forced to do this i didn't cry i only shed 20,000 tears with a million well on the way
why is this the exact same as that satire "Get The Tissues Ready: Watch These People React To The First 10 Minutes Of ‘Up!'" video lmao
When she mentioned the different sides of the family, my whole life flashed before my eyes. I had no idea that was the case. I thought it was just different groups of people.
Near The end of the 12 min is like a torture device that makes humans cry.
I wish I get my Ellie soon...
is this a Part 2???
The likelihood of any of these people being together in 15 years is very slim.. keep dreaming.. In fact i bet you right now that one of them probably not longer talk to the other..
Its not that serious
what is the title of the sad backround music?
And then he met Russell the son he never had
If there is ever a live action version it needs the kid from the Hunt for the Wilderpeople in it; they are eerily similar.
I kinda want to see an old person react to this
But i guess no one ready for that
IN BRAZILIAN VOICES IS THE BEST !! 🇧🇷
Oddly enough, I heard Holly Hunter in my head when Ellie was an adult. >.>
How I felt when I lost Deb and Rita
SERIOUSLY WHO IS CHOPPING OINONS 🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺😢😢😢😢😢😢😭😭😭😭😭😭
Blows twilight out of the water
Black dude in the light blue shirt is a AI in madden 22 💯💯🙏🏽
is it weird i’ve never cried at this scene
It is weird, man... Sigh
Yes
Are we not going to mention that Black Woman with the fire hair and denim jacket was spitting truth this whole video? (well, this escalated quickly etc...)
The Onion has mad accuracy to predicting the future.
Do you know what music is this? Or song? "2:03" it's different from the Married life.
@@prettyboyjb2487 idk but if you really want to find out, try to email Oh My Disney or ask a person whose job it is to add stock music to professional videos
Redhead is in the movie "Locked Up." Hottie.
This movie has evolved for me a bit over the years. At first it was sadness that got me but now I feel happy for Carl and Ellie. They lived there whole lives together in the best way possible with all the ups and downs of life. Unfortunately there time never came to go visit Paradise Falls. But as many people say it's about the journey and not the destination. Obviously there relationship wasn't based around this goal despite being a dream and I think in a way that this is even better. It shows how much that they loved one another because they never fought over the trip (that we saw). They were content with eachother's company and only when she is gone does he feel the obligation after a much needed reminder of Ellie after his probably long battle with grief. That he feels he needs to get there for the both of them. I also don't see him as a grandfather figure to Russel either in this movie. I think just in a way what Ellie would have wanted was for Carl to show Russel what adventure ment. Even though in the end I think Russel has a bigger impact on Carl. (Rest in Peace Ed Asner, you brought joy to many)
It's a little weird without the music
Why not use the original music?, I thought it was a official channel
Uhhm...where is the original music...!!?
Stop with the onions
34:00 Same hear
Nooo😔
wait until these people discover anime.
Hey, who left this bowl of onion here... 😢
They could have adopted 🤷🏽♂️
I failed
I mean, good for the baby. They couldn’t effort anything. How would they even had paid for an American delivery.
Never cried at this. Its not sad.
Maybe you are not much emotional as a person which is alright......
Or you simply didn't pay attention to the details and hence are unable to see the beauty of this scene.
This is a Pixar movie
Criminal
If they r n payed then idk
First
No regular person act like these people it is so disingenuous. 🙄
They speak too much
