Don't worry, yes we did fill it out they didn't check it but they were doing spot checks and people who hadn't done it and got checked were given a fine. Hope this makes sense. X

I didn't need to no, I had vaccine passport so it wasn't required, hope this helps let me know if you have any other questions x
