Boruto has finally returned from the timeskip and revealed the look of the characters three years into the story. But some of them came back looking, shall we say... controversial. Some have come back with a look that makes you forget it's a story about ninjas. After all, has Kishimoto gone mad? Did he mess up Boruto's design? The most anticipated point in Boruto's story has finally arrived: the timeskip. It's funny, Boruto had barely started and we were already hype thinking "well, when the timeskip happens it's going to be great". Over the 6 years that Boruto has been on the air, we've been creating hype, creating theories, and some people have even created their own versions of the Boruto ninjas after the timeskip. This generated a great deal of expectation in our popular imagination, almost like a hype that was feeding back on itself. And then the timeskip arrived and... it's not the way many of us imagined, especially in terms of character design. But then, is it bad?
