The Super Vocal boys are individual singers who were asked to participate in Singer 2019 as a group to represent the genres of musical theater and opera. These genres have not been well-established in the CHinese mainstream public until 2018 when a show aired introducing musical theater and opera to the mainstream public. The show was called Super Vocal (hence the name of the group) The baritone to the left of Dimash is Ju Hongchuan, he is Chinese and well versed in many genres and he is skilled in creating harmonies within many genres. The guy to the right of Dimash is Ayunga, he is an ethnic Mongolian Chinese (from Innner Mongolia) his used to be a ballet dancer and Mongolian folkdancer, but had to stop due to injury. Eventually he decided becoming a musical actor. He used to sing as a boy while herding sheep, so he also sings Mongolian folksongs. Cai CHengyu on the far right is the youngest. He is Chinese and is a trained opera singer fresh out of school. The three of them participated in Singer 2019 along with Zheng Yunlong who eventually had to drop out due to schedule issues. The have many great performances as a group on Singer 2019 and individually outside of Singer 2019. They are not as internationally popular, but they are still worth checking out. The overall medley was arranged by Nick Pyo. I see many people say that DImash arranged it but that is not accurate. I belive that the right person should get credit. This is not to say that Dimash did not have any influence on his part of the harmony, but it is a gross exaggeration to say that Dimash arranged it all. Dimash is very talented and he probably could have arranged something in a similar fashion, however, he did not. This is “I Am Singer” 2018 - the same show Dimash competed on in 2017. The Super Vocal Boys were competing and had invited Dimash to be their guest singer. The SVB are incredible singers in their own right with harmonies being their specialty - from left to right: Ju Hongchuan, Dimash, Ayunga, Cai Chengyu. The SVB ended up placing third. These guys won that competition and went on the compete in "The Singer." One of them had to leave the show due to an earlier work commitment. The last show of the competition typically brings some super star in to pair with the contestants. They do this on American Idol, too. It's especially effective with a single artist to see if they can partner with someone with a voice different from theirs.

All are exceptional. Ayanga, to Dimash’s left, is a Mongolian musical actor, and the other 2 are Chinese. Super Vocal was a very high-quality musical series, worth checking out.

I think that was an item performance in the 2018 I Am Singer Comp. And the others were probably competitors in that year. I think Dimash sang Hello in that same year as a guest artist after his success in 2017.

If you're interested in checking out more Super Vocal Team (the Boys part of their name was a mistranslation) I'd recommend their performances of Qui con Me and One Day, I think they showcase their talent really well and you'd get to see the quartet be complete! Their 4th member couldn't participate here because he had a conflict of schedules (he was attending a previously arranged event). If you want to hear more of Ayanga specifically (silver jacket next to Dimash) he's got an amazing performance of Xilamuren Grassland, a song culturally important to him as he's from Inner Mongolia.
Please don’t be confused between imitators and singers. To me a real artist try to put his own style his own seal to any cover. In this case this is a tribute but no an imitation of Queen. They were harmonizing beautifully in a very powerful rendition!!! 👏👏👏👏👏
I know the difference, don't worry😜 Marc Martel is not an imitator though. His voice just naturally sounds a lot like freddy mercury's and because peoples noticed this they wanted to see him do an imitation with some Queen covers. Hope this clears my commentary😉
The Supervocal Boys was in Competition with other Groups. And they asked if they can have Dimash with them. And the answer was YESSS. Dimash made the arrangements for that Medley ! But I didn't seach if the Supervocal Boys are from China or others Countries. Dimash was not there to push more his voice. He let more place to the Supervocal Boys. Yes, for this round all contestants had to bring in a guest singer, and the guys chose Dimash who they had already met during the filming of their own show, Super Vocal. Dimash didn't do the arrangements for this performance, I don't know why there's so many people saying he did, musician Nick Pyo I believe deserves the credit for that work. The Super Vocal Team (the name SV Boys was a mistranslation) are professional Chinese singers yes, but Ayanga with the silver jacket is ethnically Mongolian. They had a fourth artist with them, Zheng Yunlong, who couldn't participate in this occasion due to a previously arranged schedule (he's a musical actor).

I think that was an item performance in the 2018 I Am Singer Comp. And the others were probably competitors in that year. I think Dimash sang Hello in that same year as a guest artist after his success in 2017.

If you're interested in checking out more Super Vocal Team (the Boys part of their name was a mistranslation) I'd recommend their performances of Qui con Me and One Day, I think they showcase their talent really well and you'd get to see the quartet be complete! Their 4th member couldn't participate here because he had a conflict of schedules (he was attending a previously arranged event). If you want to hear more of Ayanga specifically (silver jacket next to Dimash) he's got an amazing performance of Xilamuren Grassland, a song culturally important to him as he's from Inner Mongolia.

Please don’t be confused between imitators and singers. To me a real artist try to put his own style his own seal to any cover. In this case this is a tribute but no an imitation of Queen. They were harmonizing beautifully in a very powerful rendition!!! 👏👏👏👏👏
I know the difference, don't worry😜 Marc Martel is not an imitator though. His voice just naturally sounds a lot like freddy mercury's and because peoples noticed this they wanted to see him do an imitation with some Queen covers.

The Supervocal Boys was in Competition with other Groups. And they asked if they can have Dimash with them. And the answer was YESSS. Dimash made the arrangements for that Medley ! But I didn't seach if the Supervocal Boys are from China or others Countries. Dimash was not there to push more his voice. He let more place to the Supervocal Boys. Yes, for this round all contestants had to bring in a guest singer, and the guys chose Dimash who they had already met during the filming of their own show, Super Vocal. Dimash didn't do the arrangements for this performance, I don't know why there's so many people saying he did, musician Nick Pyo I believe deserves the credit for that work. The Super Vocal Team (the name SV Boys was a mistranslation) are professional Chinese singers yes, but Ayanga with the silver jacket is ethnically Mongolian. They had a fourth artist with them, Zheng Yunlong, who couldn't participate in this occasion due to a previously arranged schedule (he's a musical actor).
This was during the I Am A Singer in China, where he came in 2nd place.
