I have to ask a very newbie question. I'm picking my look alike to this one minus the winch in a week. I've been renting the Rubicon's for a while and notice they have four trapezoid shaped plastic retainers in the rear side glass. Are those just transport retainers for some reason? Do you just remove them and throw away? Thak you for the time on such a basic question.
@@Summitauto thank you very much. I assumed as much but as I've been renting them for about 5 months in Denver everyone still had them attached so thought I would ask. Have watched this video many times. I pick up mine on Jan 5th in Vegas then drive to Denver.
I know the Rubicon X has the full float axle and as a result, it’s tow rating is at 5000lbs. I also thought this meant it had the brake controller as standard instead of the 12v outlet in the center stack above the locker switch??? How do you get the brake controller if it’s not standard (it’s not an option on the build configurator)???
Any idea why I can’t order my Jeep in the Anvil with the sky one touch? No one seems to have that answer. I have been holding out for Jeep to open that option but may be wasting my time. Your opinion?
@@Summitautobut all you would need is to exchange the entire section that includes the auto dimming mirror. If you have a chance to see a ‘24 Willys you’ll notice the ADAS system is identical for the anti collision to work, you’re just switching out the manual rear view mirror to the auto dimming one. So my question is have you had a chance to further look into this to make a video out of, or would just do the DIY test ?
My guess is to bring it back for a special edition or to bring it back for the next model. Jeep had to know that sting gray was the most popular color so they have a plan for sure.
2 reasons actually. Wrangler door you have to shut hard otherwise they dont always fully close and secondly everything is louder in the picture studio. Bare walls and tile floor make for a very loud and echoey space.
What a great looking Jeep!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Seriously gorgeous Jeep!
Brilliant color epic ride !
Thank you for the video very informative this jeep is exactly what i want now I know what to buy once again thank you
Glad to help

Great shots and quality! subbed.
Thanks for the sub!
Does these front and rear metal bumper have parking sensor enabled?

Yeah so those are just transport retainers. Turn them right and take them out. :D

Open the hood and show the cold air intake, which was an option installed on the vehicle per the window sticker.
I will do it on the next one.....Not really much to see though
So which one is the best engine a 3.6, 2.0T or 3.0 eco diesel?
Ordered my in April..this exact one. Still haven’t started production. Jeep has a problem with the 24Y package. Bought one off the lot yesterday.

Is this 392 variant available in india??
Do they tune the suspension to account for the weight o the steel bumper+winch?
I would say no
@@Summitauto Still RubiconX is the best trim of Rubicon after 382 - just for the V6+ESS instead of 24V eTorque junk they add to V6 on other trims.
Is the auto dimming rear view mirror compatible if I were to install to my ‘24 Willys?
Im assuming there is wiring that goes to the auto dimming mirror so it probably isnt going to work would be my guess.

TOMARA QUE VENHA ESSE MODELO PARA O BRASIL...
Would be nice if you could actually get one that you ordered, been waiting 2 months and still not even starting to be made. But do have a VIN.
The anvil color has been around for a while i have it on my 14’ rubicon x
Right. It was the new color added for 2024
I thought I saw that color on a rubicon when I bought my white 2013 too. I just bought this color in the 4xe. It’s the best color
Why in the world did they took off the sting gray.
My guess is to bring it back for a special edition or to bring it back for the next model. Jeep had to know that sting gray was the most popular color so they have a plan for sure.
@@Summitauto that sounds like a plan.
Can’t get half doors with Anvil or Earl Grey colored 2024 Jeeps.
How many thousand dollars ?
Why the doors shut so loud?

Is it 3.6?
The window sticker shows the powertrain. Give it a watch for the answer.

@@RicardoMiguel-t4r I have a 4xe Wrangler, so none of the above choices.
Why is every* vehicle in this category. 70 plus thousand dollars!., Pre Interest! So basically, its closer to 80 grand! No thanks!
Idk why but the anvil color looks better on the JK
I've just watched 4 reviews of this car ... not one of them showed the space with the back seats down ... hopeless!
71k for this LOLOL
And it's sold!
what a terrible financial decision@@Summitauto
To each their own
What are those big bulges on both sides next to the fog lights?
It's for crash test regulations since a winch is a factory option now
16 miles in and the engine light is on lol
Its always on when you have ignition on but dont start the vehicle.
I know. Guess the joke went right over.@@Summitauto
engine stays the same,no power😂still expensive
71k? I'll drive my jku into the dirt first.
