You are such a bright spot in my life. Love you friend! One thing I'm consciously working at each day is taking time to be still in the moment. Laying in the grass and watching an insect crawl over each blade, sitting on the porch and paying close attention to the way the breeze feels over my skin, or laying in the hammock and closing my eyes while listening to all the bird calls, etc. Just 5 or 10 minutes where I'm taking the time to calm my mind and ground myself in the world around me.
In April, I had to stay at home for social distancing in Vietnam. The first time was very good. I could sleep until late, I could eat anytime I want. But after a week it became terrible because I was too free. I wish I could go to work everyday. So I think that the best things are keep you busy and have a plan for your future. Wish everyone stay safe and stay strong ❤️ 🇻🇳.
I think that so many of us can identify with how you were feeling! The break from our busy lives was nice at first and it was nice to rest, but then we started missing our normal way of life. Planning for your future is an excellent way to stay positive 💪🏼

Since following you on Periscope, etc. and having adopted many of your strategies, my life is back on track and I even have some new colored lights at home. You certainly got me out of a rut and I am forever grateful for that. Thank you! BTW, to me, you kind of look like Aubrey Plaza in this video and are also a comedian!

But slowly and surely I allowed myself to fall back into that place contented heaviness. Just going with the flow. Doing what I have to do. Still loving and having a passion for life. Amazing. It’s like the video is the perfect introduction. Now if I can just manifest a 2-liter bladder.

Great video Steph! Would love to pick your brain about a few things. Like the water... omg I do not drink water at all and have health problems that mean I really need to drink more than average. Any idea how I can try get more water in me? I HATE water. Like really hate it. Food wise, I don’t eat much at all. I have noticed my eating disorder seems to be making a comeback. Meditation I struggle with. Not only do I get little time to myself, I struggle to switch my head off. It’s constantly busy! Usually with not the nicest stuff at times. I had a huge breakdown last week in the garden naturally. I mean why would it be private right! I totally agree what you say about social media. It’s totally destroyed my confidence sometimes and made me feel totally worthless. Making me feel like I’ve achieved nothing with my life. Fantastic video. This has inspired me so much. Thank you.
