After the first 10 minutes, I seriously doubted whether I would finish this - but I did. My chronic knee injury means I had to modify the continuous jumping jacks (only once) but otherwise, everyhing was good, definitely a lot of cardio and just when you think you can't go any more, a neat abs finisher!

I burned 346 calories with an average HR 123 and max HR 147, even though I didn't jump as high as I'm still recovering from hip replacement surgery, but I moved around more and swung my arms like a crazy lady. Next time, I'll add 1kg hand weights to burn more!

In October 2014 at age 64, I ran my first half-marathon and kept racing for two years until I had to stop after ruining the femoral head on my right hip while over-training running up and down my Chianti hills! June 2018, an orthopedic surgeon assisted by an American robot performed a minimally invasive hip replacement. Within 10 days, I was outside walking "very slowly" with my Nordic walking sticks. As GymRa trainers keep repeating on your videos: "Just don't stop moving!"
It will depend on your weight & height and how hard you're working out, so maybe not 500, but it will certainly work up a sweat and tone you up!! Thanks for working out with us!!
It was a pretty good workout. I definitely sweated, but a little boring for me. I prefer a series of connected moves with a little repetition. This was comprised of single one minute exercises. I would still recommend the video. The teacher had a nice way about her Just not my bag.
