I once saw a skeleton galleon crash into the slanted side of Thieves Haven and it went airborne and ALMOST did a 360 mid air flip. It was completely upside down in the air and then just crashed back down

That's the Bone Crusher set. Most of it could only be unlocked during the Cursed Sails event around August of 2018.
