This make complete sense why buy these when you could spend a extra few bucks and get the military 4s

Well for me, I have to be more selective on what I purchase. There are about 3 pairs that I want, coming in the fall.
Some folks be broke some like me didn't feel the shoe colors were Koo don't get me wrong but it not a must copy but the denim yea I knew shit was Gnna sell out . Obviously it's more original than that green 4...i laughed my ass off cus I already knew when one was sold out and the other flopped HA!. IYKYK
Love Jay but sometimes he don't think outside the box. More people are selective on what they buy. I got the bred 4s and Military blues. There's no need for me to buy the oxidized greens.
Another thing is people are buying shoes from other brands and they're cheaper. Asics and New Balance are more trendy now.

I'm glad it didn't sell out because it gives people who aren't collectors or resellers that really want the shoe a chance to grab a pair where normally they'll sell out and they will have to go pay way way more than retail at somewhere like stock X and Goat and other resellers

Now if a shoe don’t have No resell value No one wants it no matter how fire the shoe is. Jay you are a reseller as well. People are getting to where they only want Collaborations, limited editions, and everything else that ONLY has a high resell value to it

I was still able to order the Jordan 4 Oxidized Green a week after release in size 9.5 (EU 43) here at FootLocker in Germany. Jordan 4's used to sell out within minutes, even at FootLocker. It just shows that resell gets where it should be: DOWN! Good time being a sneakerhead and sneaker collector. A couple of days after my order they were sold out. Overall I'm happy with the pair and that they turned out the way they look - while first we all thought it's the "cheaper version of the Pine Green". Like how clean they are. So far my third favorite 4 release this year (behind the Bred Reimagined and the Military/Industrial Blues).
Secret Sauce is really great. Already cop'd a couple of pairs this year.

I'm mad I looked at the 1's right before the drop on SX and Goat and could've got them for like $40 below retail. By the time I got off work by noon, joints sold out and over retail. Luckily I found a site that only had my size 12 left for retail. Oh and the 4's was a definite cop as well.

The Oxidized 4’s were my choice. Guess I’m one of the few to get them. Been loving hearing the quality of materials and the attention to detail paying homage to the 14’s. Think they were delivered today. My first 4’s!!!

Once I started noticing that there were VERY few places actually stocking those 1s I immediately copped from GOAT for under retail lol. I'd be interested in seeing what the actual stock numbers between the two models. It may not be that those 4s are sitting per se as much as there may have just been alot of the oxidized 4s produced. I can't really say that the 1s outsold the 4s, price aside cause they may have moved the same number of units if not more. But I also think that with the $215 price tag JB is making people have to be more selective with their purchases. Not to take anything away from how nice the oxidized green 4s are because they are BEAUTIFUL but in terms of 4s I think all eyes are on the Paris model droppin next month. I thought the Denim 1s would sit more though with the First in Flights dropping next month but maybe not

I purchased the Ox 4s & have no regret ..very clean on feet but, shout out to all the people when the demi kick get dirty try to clean it & end up with discolored kicks 😂😂
I paid resale for the 4s and got them early because to me it was a must cop/haves to be in my collection but the 1s look like to me before they came out that they where going to sit they look alright but compared to 4s you just can’t go wrong with a all white shoe with those hints of a low rider green on them I mean I don’t like glitter but these hit different in person/ in hand plus with the small hint of oxidized midsole you just can’t go wrong you have to at least give them a look in hand I am telling you🔥 I am glad everyone who wants a pair can cop or double up before they go up in price later on which is my prediction for the future because how 4s usually do with similar color ways that look close to these oxidize green 4s plus the quality is better than the military blue 4s which I have to but I still love those I ain’t hating just stating a fact on that aspect

The craziest part to me is the oxidized quality is so good. The quality is better than the blue 4’s and the white is a lot more bright on these. Not mad at it at all able to cop cheap
