I’ve been binging all your videos and finding this all so interesting! I’ve been implementing changes a little bit at a time over the last few days. Your videos are so informative and I love the visuals you use to help illustrate.
OMG OMG I think the chewing thing literally explained why my lower face feels bulky even though I don't have overly large facial bones. So the goal is to use only the far back molars to chew, instead of the middle/frontmost molars? And taking smaller bites is probably better so I don't have to store so much food in my cheeks, like a squirrel? xD
can you do the effortful swallow to get the high cheek bones
I’ve noticed myself smiling outwards, can you please explain in more depth how I can change my smile to upwards? I’m struggling!
Thank you 😊
Massaging the tension in the lower face will help with this (see part 1/3 and my most recent full massage tutorial). Once the lower face muscles are more relaxed (less overworking) they will atrophy a bit. It will then be easier to smile using upper cheek muscles only. Hope this helps!
Without makeup you're still beautiful
