This video will guide you how to unlock Sony Xperia all models..
First you have to check your Lock status.
Open the Service menu:
star#star#7378423#star#star
Select:
- Service info
- SIM lock status
You must have at minimum 1 attempt left at the line stars with[X]. If you have - 0 your phone is blocked and you can't unlock it by this method.
In this video you see Sony Xperia Network locked wiry 5 attempt left.
Now you have to buy a unlock code for Sony Xperia. The price depends of the model and the provider.

- IMEI
