Hi i would go back into store and ask them for help there are videos on RUclips to help remove stuck sim cards but the thing is can cause issues to sim or phone.

Same i jsut put a bit of paper in and it came out, also my phone is a z5 but is different the sin tray is a little diff and the flap bit is different place

z5 compact doesnt have a sim support think i am guessin and that tool you used is not involved in the package
