1984 Talbot Solara 1 6 LS Walkaround

Very nicely presented example of a a rare Talbot Solara. Sympathetically restored by a respected Talbot owners club UK member, seen here in Cherry Red with a beige cloth interior. 1.6 LS spec. Thanks for watching :)

Stunning car! I owned 2 of these, both red, a series 1 and series 2. ADV 93Y and B314 TKV Sadly the 1st rusted away and became a donor car for the 2nd, and the 2nd was involved in an accident. Both scrapped. The most comfy cars I've driven.

Thank you :) This was the 3rd one I owned and the two before met a similar fate to yours. The first was used for a TV scene and crashed, and the second unfortunately caught fire and is now awaiting restoration. They are really comfortable aren't they!

@@iDayno I've always wanted to own another, or even just to have "one last drive". But there's so few of them left on the road now that I think it'll always be a dream and not a reality.
